hey i am a new member here and sord of new to the whole working out think..and i need some help on burning fat and getting cut....i am 19 years old and i weight 250 lbs dunt have any bf mesurments or anything...just put it as i have alot. i want to knwo how to loose weight what kind of diets i should go on like example high protien diets and how the work...and if i should be doing stright cardio or should i be working out to just some one please help me thank you

How tall are you at this weight and have you ever weight trained and or done cardio? What diets have you tried if any?:D
 
i am 6'1 and umm yea i used to be in shape by playing football just recently started going to the gym..and i can nonly run up to 2 milesss on the treadmill...and about my diet it is a disaster

i usally dont eat breakfest...i know i should but i dont and then i usally eat pizza or sandwich and but the thing that kills me is the beer i am a big party animal and beer eats me aliveee...cause i drink it alot

I used to be a big beer fan myself. This you'll need to drop in order to be succesful as painful as that is to hear. thanks man hats was a big help...i understand the whole protien thing..but i also here u can gain weight from eating protien can u just explain breifly what that means

Once you begin a good training routine, eating clean protien such as grilled chicken breast, fish, lean meat and a good whey protein shake you begin to build muscle which in turn burns fat. Cardio is going to be helpful here as you are on the heavy side, but nothing crazy eating properly will transform your body in amazing ways. Your carbs should come from sources such as oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, veggies, sweet potatoes..etc:cool:
