hey i am a new member here and sord of new to the whole working out think..and i need some help on burning fat and getting cut....i am 19 years old and i weight 250 lbs dunt have any bf mesurments or anything...just put it as i have alot. i want to knwo how to loose weight what kind of diets i should go on like example high protien diets and how the work...and if i should be doing stright cardio or should i be working out to just some one please help me thank you
