What is the most High-End peptide pen?

The novo nordisk pen is the best. But you need to modify it to fit generic cartridges and it's about 10% out.

That being said why can't they sell spring loaded insulin pens? The FIASP disposable pen I have has a great spring loaded system.

The lily pen has the most mechanical advantage. Gansulin pen feels clunky but it works.

Gansulin and Bird are nice due to being auto pens, but I’ve had both get stuck, so it’s a good idea to have a manual pen on standby. Of the “generic” pens, I find the V1 slim to be the best (consistent dosing, smooth mechanics).

Most of these spring loaded pens are all made by the same manufacturers, it's just b2b so we don't really hear of it.

The birdie pen is side activated, i believe its a china clone of this

Then you have the supposedly gansulin pen where the trigger is at the back, not sure if its a clone or whatever tho

almost all single use pens are spring loaded.
The fiasp pens do look kinda fat, can they be modified?

Ah shit guess I'm not up on game. All my insulin pens are manual.

I must be a poor.

The fiasp pen appears to be push fit from the front with the rear spring snap pressed in.

You most definitely could modify it. But I only use 2-4iu at a go so I kinda think it will be a while before I pull it apart.

The cartridge looks like a generic type. Not the novo one where the thread is on the cartridge.

Savvios are the most consistent and easy to use. Novo pens are like holding a fine chef knife or a fine tool, but the adapters are usually printed cheaply. My favorite one is Lilly’s Luxura but they have been discontinued for years and you can only find blemished ones but it it’s an actual fine crafted piece of art. I have a Gansulin but I haven’t used it yet. I ordered 29g 12.7mm tips for it to do a trial run on my test prop.

Savvio's i feel like are a love/hate item. I see a lot of people say they're their favorite but 3 out of 4 of mine would slip the first 2-12 units and I'd have to redial it while the needle was still in me. I gave all those fuckers away. The style and material is nice though.

Sounds like you weren’t priming it before each use as the instructions say.

Please describe this priming technique.
You hold the pen upright with the needle on top dial your dose and gently push the button until you see a drop of liquid at the needle tip. Then reset the dose and use. This removes the air space at the top of the vial. Sometimes you only have to do it when you put a new vial in if you get all the air out the first time.

Interesting, I have ordered dozens of savvios for people and nobody has had to re-prime it that I’m away of anyway. Is that true for all pens because I was under the impression that the Novo slipped because of something in the mechanism or the threads or the adapter. I will have to check that out I was going to retire the Novo and I have like 10 of them so it would be a waste.

Most of the time you don’t need to re-prime if you’ve done it correctly the first time. One way to check is to put your needle on, don’t dial anything but push the plunger down. If it’s primed, you’ll see a tiny bubble of liquid form on the tip of the needle, letting you know there’s no air. This works with all my pens except the auto-pens (Gansulin, Bird).

Oh yeah, I do this with every new cartridge. The issue I ran into was that the dial would slip before the plunger even engaged. For example, if I dialed to 20 units and pressed down, it would immediately jump to 12 units before the plunger started moving. It seemed like a mechanical problem rather than an air-purge issue.

I've never experienced this with a V1/V2, generic white pen, Novo or ConviPen.

Is there air in your vial?
