If you end up with 30 mg daily, maybe a week at 20 and a week at 10. If you end up higher, say 60 mg daily, then maybe a week at 40 and a week at 20.

I fuck up regularly and am happy to share my experiences. I've mentioned it before, but I stopped my 210 / week cold turkey and about a week or so after the last pin I did a 2 hour leg session that left me literally bedridden the next day. Had flu-like symptoms, resting pulse was nearly 100, body aches, etc. I had no cough / fever otherwise I was sure I had Covid / Flu. Was likely mild rhabdo and / or just frying my CNS. Guzzled water with electrolytes, some NSAIDs, and lots of food and I was back on my feet the next day.

So yea, try not to do that. It could have been avoided by my bringing down the volume but I was equally as stupid in that regard.

No no not back to back. This was two separate occasions. And honestly the funny thing is, I’m leaner and stronger now just using test, Reta, and gh than I ever was on those cycles back then. And I’ve only been back in the gym for roughly a year after going off on a three year liquor bender. Lost all my strength and weight that I gained over the years from drinking like that. Never again
 
Give up on HDL, last I checked mine was 5. Pretend it doesn't exist. Now go all out on LDL.

2a) (point) the best evidence for high HDL in men is from observational studies where HDL wasn't crashed by gear; maybe naturally low HDL is detrimental but if you regularly have high HDL, gtg?

2b) (counterpoint) well shit a lot of bodybuilders die prematurely of cardiorenal syndrome
 
How is var when you’re on Reta though? I know Reta is great on the ole lipid panel. I start in two weeks but never used var before. Also, you got me considering getting some TNE for leg days. I’ve never ran it either. How is that dosed? And how does it affect bloods?
I was on 8mg of Reta and ran 50mg/day of var for 5 weeks and my hdl went from 35 to 34, so there’s some variance in how it affects individuals. Only slightly uncommon things I added was pita and eze

I was initially trying to squeeze 8-10 weeks out of this var cycle and was honestly going to run it at 50mg/day. But I may reconsider that does given the current information from different people. Perhaps 30mg preworkout and just at a convenient time in the morning on off days. I don’t want to run too little and not reap the benefits but I also don’t want to run too much and run health risks causing me to not run it long enough. I’m current 4mg of Reta. But will be pushing to 5 soon

I am under the impression that hdl doesn’t really matter once you get your ldl under 50. At least that’s what my cardiologist alluded to. My hdl was like 30 though, not 5.

How much reta are you taking a week? Were you ever on Tirez?
 
They all work for sure. I am partial to Reta. I was on tirz for months but when I got to 7.5 mg dosage I was getting malaise / fatigue for 36-48 hours post shot (taking it twice per week). Also, it crushed my appetite too hard. If you’re new to GLP-1’s Reta may well crush your appetite at first as well but over many months I’ve gotten up to 5 mg weekly of Reta and I can eat 5000 calories fairly comfortably.

I’d start with 50 a day work up slowly if you want to. 100 is a very popular dose and there are some savages on here who will go up to 200. I’m currently between 50 and 75 myself and I weigh about 225.

Im also noticing that I like the feel of a near daily TNE shot with less cyp / enan in the background. It’s more pinning but D’s MiG 812 TNE is super smooth through a 30g so it’s a non issue. I’m starting to wonder if this is why I always thought I looked better on sustanon vs a long ester. I do recall when I first started HRT my doc tested my DHT levels and they were off the charts on just 200 mg test per week. But he was using a transdermal cream applied twice per day, which I later learned was TNE (albeit more slowly absorbed than injectable). The conclusion (leap) I’ve made is that my body takes short acting test as diverts most of it to 5a reductase / DHT pathway as opposed to aromatase pathway, hence the better look on equivalent weekly dosages. Also wondering if this is where the bro science of prop being less bloating comes from (I know it’s all diet).
 
I was unaware of that. What do you do to mitigate this as best as possible along with correcting it post cycle? My ancillary line up for this cycle should be spot on…
multivitamins, NAC, TUDCA, yohimbine, nattokinase, P5P, astragalus, bergamot, vit d3-k2, zinc, omega 3s, ubiquinol, berberine, injec glutathione, and R-ALA(both for HGH glucose control).
And then I got these for when my blood pressure starts to rise - ezetimbe, nebivolol, and telmisartan
Looks solid. Im one of those people that can't hang with the yohimbine tho that shit makes me feel weird I made the mistake of buying a tub of pre-workout containing it and I couldn't even use it. I tried on a couple of occasions and regretted it every time lol
 
Touchdown from D today. Purchased last week during Pre-Order. I got an extra vial of Super Test. Much Appreciated! All of
the 4 TNE 100 came crashed which was expected… I live in a cold place. No problem at getting it back into solution though. 10 minutes on a candle warmer and it was good to go. I can attest it works. Did not want to stop working out today lol.
