this is a forum where you should be looking through all the threads and making your own mind up. if most users are re-filtering the gear they get from chinese re-sellers, then you need to decide if that is necessary and if you also feel you need to do that or are happy with using gear with EO in it.
I believe they only put eo in high concentration compounds, not everything. Unless you're saying they're lying? Are you talking about their own thread or has a testing thread been put together?
Critical put eo in everything. They're not lying, they openly said so on their tg. Their base is a mct, castor and eo blend - for everything
The test c i have is made with coconut oil. When I ordered it and deca Tommy told me the only the deca had a tiny amount of eo in it. Im not overy worried but a bit strange they're spreading misinformation whichever one is true. Don't want to tag them here as this thread has nothing to do with them

the UK labs generally list it or easily disclose it because they are making their own stuff. this middle-men drop shipping overruns from factories don't know what is in half their product as has been shown multiple times in their threads by 3rd party testers and investigations.

I meant gh dose. you only do sodium for electrolytes? thats not optimal at all. look into magnesium glycinate, potassium, molybdenum...
Ive seen LoSalt mentioned a few times. I think it includes a few minerals
Losalt is 60% potassium and 40% sodium so includes both at a decent ratio. I do take magnesium biglycinate pre bed and a Zma as well.
I mean you're on the higher tier when it comes to dosing, to be expected. what about trying to improve kidney health? gh caused CPS is mostly due to inadequate mineral retention so maybe more water + sauna + kidney support supps and give it time to settle in
Interesting, thank you! I’ve got a little infra red portable sauna so i’ll see if that helps. And try more water pre bed. Not on any specific kidney support currently, do you have any recommendations?
water prebed will make you wake up through the night...supps good for kidneys are some B vitamins, folic acid and more. Look into it. But Id say electrolytes and trace minerals are the way to go
