Introduction

Thank you! I know what my absolute mg is at 02.5ml at a vial of 200; translated to MG, that is 50mg. If I take that once each day, I'll hit 200mg each week. And I am going for building tone and all that for now, as I have to start from being a bed-ridden stick figure. So far, I have made wonderful progress. I'm impressed with myself. I don't wish to start gear, tbh, but people kept suggesting.

Right now, I'm still unable to do a lot of lower body/abdominal lift because of surgery so once that gets better, I say by summer I will be doing more cardio. Heavier weights. More test.

That's my realistic goal. Oh, and I already know about the anti-oxidants. Studied forensic pathology in grad school and was a firefighter in the corps. So, free radicals are awful. Gear makes them take off like woah, so chuck that V8 splash and take other shit but NOT ALKALINE WATER. That crap is snake oil.

A great YouTube channel is Dark Science and they cover quackery, anatomy of headshots/decapitation/electrocution, and many steroid topics and how it all works on a molecular, medical scale. The maker is a lone creator and is a doctor, himself. His sense of humor is dry but ...love it. Highly recommended.

Thanks again, I cannot say this enough, to everyone here. You have all given me ideas and thoughts to consider and to make a plan. I post progress as it comes.

VERY slow on the weights with tone being the goa
holy buzzword.
Tone is cope. Starting slow with bodyweight and Weights is only useful for LEARNING how to lift.
After you know how the movements work, you should do your absolute best to build the most muscle possible. "toned" just means you lift shit and eat right.
genuinely one of the worst terms to come out of the 80s womens bodybuilding scene. Absolutely hate that word.
Wanting to be "toned" is cope to not do your best, plus it keeps you from actually looking strong, handsome and masculine.
If I take that once each da
also, with Test cyp you can do 2x/week injections of 0.5 to 0.75ml each, it will be the exact same only with less scar tissue in the long term. probabyl better/more convenient

I say toned because I am not sure of what other word to use. My apologies.

What I have in mind is more shredded, I guess is what people say? I want larger muscle, visible muscle... clearly, and especially when I cut. I clearly want size. I don't wish to be Batista.
...um... thin but built... Anatoly? Is that a good example? Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Thanks for helping me get my English right. Also, I like that test schedule better. It won't make me blow through my stockpile. Less scars on the thighs, too.
Much appreciated!

Oh, and I still have to work slow due to surgical healing right now. I also noticed you weren't quoting me on the toned word lol. I haven't slept yet.

I tend to lift 2x a day. 1 at 3am. Then again around 11pm. Sometimes earlier if I get bored before 11pm. 3 sets of 50 reps. Doesn't sound like much but it is making an impact so far. I'm going from boney chemo-looking dude to the chest of a twink. Not bad.

Arms need more size but those get more reps and go to 100. Problem is, if I do that, I get a failure rate quicker on overhead presses.

Noticed I wake up hungry as all hell. Before, I never ate lol. I would have one meal a day and even then, it was light. I like to nibble things like grapes, cheeses, and good cuts of venison or something. Add it on a good cracker and you have a fancy pants Lunchable without the processed garbage. I also love Carnation Instant Breakfast Extra Protein powder. I mix it with my Vega protein powder and I get double the protein plus all my vitamins. Gotta drink Miralax though because the poo-choo train is a slow comin', but you're still gonna toot toot all dang day.

I can't wait for this surgery to heal. It has messed me up.
