Hey Ya'll

Male late 50's on TRT for the last two years via Telehealth with good results. Ran semaglutide with Telehealth with great results and am now using Tirz through gray market peptide company online. Pining 2.5 grams every 6-7 days and my hunger is GONE. Struggling to eat 150 grams of protein right now. Tirz is amazing.

I've made a significant composition change at 6'-0" went from 210lbs 25%-ish body fat to190 14%-ish body fat while gaining strength and size.
Been lifting off and on for 30+ years but nowhere near my genetic potential yet.

I'm here to learn about what else I can do for body comp changes and phase out Telehealth TRT and it's inflated costs.

Try adding fairlife fat free ultra filtered milk. 13g protein, 0 fat, 6 carbs, 80 calories per 8oz. I drink it 24oz at a time. Liquid protein is easier to get down sometimes and milk is a great source.

What kind of bloodwork do you do? How does your lipid panel look? have you had a calcium score? What's your blood pressure?

Hey thanks for asking,

I was just thinking the last few days about something like liquid protein to add. I pretty much eat Whole Foods and I'm basically carnivore so the Fairlife makes good sense to me as opposed to whey protein powders.

Had six blood tests with my Telehealth over the last 2 years. They have varied a bit but pretty comprehensive:

FSH+LH+E2, TSH+T4F+T3 Free, CBC w/Differential/Platelet, Comp Metabolic Panel, Test Free and Total, Hemoglobin A1c, Cortisol, Prostate Specific Ag, Reverse T3 serum, C-reactive protein, SHGB, Thyroid, Estradiol, Et al

Everything has always been normal / in range with the exception of Hematocrite slightly elevated and currently 49.8 / in range, Estradial up to 52 but currently at 37.5 (never used an AI) I think my recent lower body fat has helped.

Blood pressure normal and Cholesterol high for my entire adult life even during a 6 month vegan experiment: Current Total 289, Trigs 101, HDL 57, VLDL 17, LDL 190. Recent CAC scan was zeros across the board. Good cardio vascular health / used to run a lot: 5 Marathons one Ultra and a dozen or so Half Marathons. I don't run much anymore but walk a lot of steps in general.

Test between 800-900 ish Free Test latest was 18.3 pinning 3 x week for total of 168mg test per week.

Fix dat

CAC scan was zeros across the board
Keep in mind that a calcium score only shows plaques that have already calcified. With your LDL at 190, you should consider the possibility of soft plaques and ask for a ct angiogram. Ask for a statin and/or ezetimibe and Lovaza to get that LDL down.

I'm basically carnivore

It's hard to keep a diet like that lean. Keep your fats down as much as possible.

You only have so many LDL years.... if you have had high cholesterol your entire adult life, and are 50 now.... put some great efforts into fixing it
