How is sleep?
Yeah, sleep’s been really solid. Like deep, easy, no-issues sleep. I also switched from generic HGH to Sero, and if I remember right you’re into pharma HGH as well.

The only thing I’ve noticed is my resting heart rate is a bit higher now, around 80-90. I could add ivabradine again to bring it down, but then it becomes a pain to get my heart rate up into the 120-130 range during cardio. So for now I’m staying off it, and LISS is smooth, 60 minutes a day, heart rate climbs easily where I want it.
Does anyone have experience switching from 20mg tirz directly to retatrutide and what would be a good dosage?
I switched from 15mg Tirz to Reta. I started at 2mg just to feel it out and make sure sides were manageable, then slowly worked up to 6mg. So far, so good.

If you’re coming straight off 20mg Tirz, I’d still start low. Even if you tolerate GLP-1s well, Reta can feel different, and there’s no prize for rushing and getting wrecked by sides. Start at the minimum dose, see how you respond for a couple weeks, then titrate up if needed based on appetite, weight trend, and tolerability.

Generally, yes. One of the main diagnostic requirements for pancreatitis is upper abdominal pain (you would notice this yourself straight away). Lab tests would then confirm it but the pain would be quite noticeable.
Perfect - thank you!

Reason I was getting worried is that whenever I have a couple of drinks on GLP-1s I get insanely nauseous and feel basically poisoned. So was worried that was some kind of damage. Must just be the interplay between the 2 (will obviously not drink on them again)

You do have to be a bit careful with alcohol while taking GLP-1s, but it mostly has to do with the potential combination of dehydration and low blood sugar levels.

Is anyone here worried about pancreatitis? Recently in the UK news sources are claiming GLP-1 agonists can result in acute pancreatitis
Be as healthy as possible, eat enough fats, do lots of cardio, don't rely on calorie restriction for extreme calorie deficits (1-2k+), and stay hydrated.

Calorie restriction is the main culprit imo, don't eat too little. If you can comfortably stay under 1k - 1,4k calories, your dose is too high.

All of this should ensure you don't have these issues.

Understood - so basically if you don’t experience this straight away you are good?

I don't think that's true at all, pancreatitis in most cases is going to be a cumulative effect.

two+ weeks off tirz and feeling like my old neurotic impulsive angry self again and I'm glad.
(tirz really prevented the tren rage, as im angrier on TRT, i thought I was like maturing emotionally but it was the SSRI like effects of tirz)

just TRT and doing a ton of cardio and eating how I used to before serious dieting, which is high protein high fat medium carb. (NOT KETO) 280p (~250p from meat/dairy sources) 130 fat and 150 carbs. and having an additional ~300 carbs every 3-4 days

15k steps , most of which are incline, trying to figure out my maintence at this activity level

i am still hungry all the time but I think im just seeking dopamine/boredom like a naturally fat person, that I never used to experience years ago. Also exercise reduces appetite

Fair - but for most body functions going below 1400 calories is not a great idea I think. Personally I prefer running lower dose GLPs, currently on 1mg of Reta and at a 700 kcal deficit which does the trick
