Feel like a neutered dog at 26.

i dont want to stir too much here or drag into long posts, but, apart from high triglycerides, higher cholesterol is a longevity tool. a lot of the AAS community is stuck in the pharma/statin dogma and tbh i have 0 desires to convince anyone, but you find enough credible voices talking about it. BP on the other side is definitely an important health marker, but also the question how much is too much and my findings lead me to anything below 140/90 is good.
That's absolutely foolish dude

I don't know where you are getting that influence from ...........but I guarantee they are selling that angle because nobody would give them attention / money if they weren't.

Follow science, not shills.

And care for yourself well by managing your cholesterol. LDL below 70, HDL above 60. Don't eat saturated fats. If you can't get it there naturally, use a statin. They are literally life saving.

Cholesterol is a pretty dog shit fat to be honest. It can be made easily in most tissues and basically there is no need to consume large amounts of it.

The data on cholesterol being linked to CBD is pretty bulletproof. The carnivore and low carb dieters will probably kill more people long term than any other fad diet.

Statins are generic so they don't make any money for pharma just like antidepressants.

So where is the conspiracy theory here? Big Generics selling pills for 2 cents?

Also blood pressure should be below 130 not 140.

I find it hard to sleep 8 hours a day. I almost always have a couple wake ups in the middle, especially when trying to hit the hay extra early to get 8. Regarding depression, I don’t “feel” depressed if one were to ask me, but I also definitely don’t feel joy or excitement from things that should bring me joy. Like I just bought a house, one I thought I never could at that, and I just feel like “well, that’s good i guess”. Not excited in the least bit, thought I should be.
Sounds like your nervous system is jacked up man. You need to take some rest days. Put all electronics away and sleep / get on a beach.

You might be right, I travel for work most of the time, so I spend almost all of my time alone. Pretty much work, gym, then on my phone for all of my free time. Always stimulated.

The only time I feel rested is on my extended vacation at the end of every year. I am off work for 4+ weeks and the people I visit host and cook meals and do my laundry and what not. It's quite nice but I usually feel similar to you before I leave. Anhedonia is usually the best word describe it.

Yes, definitely struggled with anhedonia. Just general apathy and numbness. Going to try and disconnect to get myself centered again. I appreciate it.

Hey buddy, the posts from the members have given you most of what you need, the first thing I was going to post was replace your beef meals with either flank steak or chicken breast/white fish. And one egg per day the rest egg whites.

I am as you, work a physically demanding job, I work 7 days a week, 10-12 hours per day. I found that to make progress, I cut the volume and training days down and do time and effort efficient exercises. You are about 60kg and we are the same height, I was over 15kg heavier than you pre AAS and my test levels were at ~300ng/dL. This tells me something is not working and my biggest bet is overtraining and not enough recovery.

Here is a split I do that can help you at least find new ways to organize training and understand how to hit frequency with less training, and how to get the most bang for your buck in regards to volume. I do HIT style training btw.

day 1: db/bb bench press, db/bb row (horizontal day). Two exercises total.

day 2: squat OR deadlift, SLDL/RDL OR hack squat/leg press, calves. Three exercises total.

day 3: db/bb press, pullups/chinups, db/bb skullcrushers or dips, db/cable laterals, bicep curl variation seated incline or standing or kneeling over like concentration curl (vertical day). Five exercises total.

Make training ~1h tops, go hard, keep a log book and aim for progressive overload. Change exercise when stalling.

Try taking away the phone when you have free time and try meditating. No music, no social media, just quiet. So quiet that the loudest noise is the rooms ventilation. Stare at the wall or something. It will help your brain reset.

You are bordering formal vitamin D poisoning. Drop the supplement for 3 months. Test again.
I wouldn’t doubt it, I came up deficient a couple years ago and been spamming it for a while thinking more is better. I have since dropped it to only a couple times a week. My levels were way over the top of reference range

Really? Were there any warning signs before gyno showing up? That’s crazy. Def don’t want that.

I have a sleep study in a few weeks.
