Sensitive small lump under nipple, squeezed it and clear fluid came out, now it's fine?

So yesterday out of the blue I felt a small lump under my right nipple. It was sensitive to the touch, and the best way to describe the sensitivity is it felt like when you touch a massive inflamed zit on your face.

So me being curious, I squeezed it. A bit of crystal clear (not milky or white) came out. I squeezed it a couple more times until it stopped. It wasn't a ton of liquid in total.

I go about my night, take a shower and stuff, and about an hour later I notice that the zit-like sensitivity is completely gone. There's no pain at all. The lump feels like it's 10-20% of its original size and it's hard to find. I check it again this morning and it's the same - no pain and I can barely even find the lump.

I'm not an expert on gyno so I assume that's what it is and I'm starting Nolva today. But the reason for this post is I'm confused how squeezing it would completely remove the pain and most of the size. Also the fact that the liquid was clear makes me wonder if it's something else.

Chatgpt said it might be gyno but it could have been "Transient ductal congestion / blocked duct"

Curious to hear of others have had this same experience. My cycle for context:

500mg Test C per week
250mg EQ per week
Just added 20mg of Tren Ace wor day 5 days ago
No AI (last labs 4 weeks ago showed E2 was fine)

I'm already scheduled for labs Saturday so maybe that will provide more info.

It's 100% ass cancer.

Or it could be a sebaceous gland that was full of sebum seeing as you're taking a combined amount of AAS of 770mg a week (double my limit). Typically a regular dude become a juciey dude becomes a greasy juciey dude, that's why you're face feels oily. Even if you don't notice it, its happening, just a bit.

Likely ass cancer though.
I hope it's ass cancer in each cheek so one cheek doesn't get jealous.

My face doesn't feel oily, in fact it's dry. But that could be from the Tazret cream I apply 3 times a week.

Make sure you have prolactin levels in your labs. It can 100% be due to the tren, though you just added it a few days ago. Tren isn't known for being subtle in any way. If you weren't getting labs already I'd say drop the tren, but i suppose you can wait and see. If prolactin is elevated I think it's safe to say it's from the tren and it should be stopped. If it is from the tren, nolvadex and other SERM's won't help. Caber is an option, but just dropping the tren should take care of it. I'd also be a bit surprised if your E2 was elevated given the 1:2 ration of EQ:Test, unless you are one of those rare people for whom EQ does not work well as an AI. Labs will tell the tale. Make sure you have the sensitive E2 and prolactin levels in there.

Thanks, yeah the labs are all set for sensitive E2 and prolactin.

I just started taking P5P as well which I know helps with prolactin but I don't know if it's enough.

it keeps it down, but if its already high you should maybe look into other ways to lower it (assuming this has to happen fast, if not you can just do p5p)
