going to try 25mg trazadone tonight to see if it helps me, if all goes well i’ll incorporate tren slowly

If you have access to Zopiclone I highly recommend it while running tren. Use when needed not all the time. The dose is 7.5mg tabs but you only need half. Some are groggy in the AM and some are not. I'm also running a sleep apnea machine. I dropped Tren for NPP long ago. I couldn't handle the tren even at 25mg day. Its mind blowing that I could run 100mg Tren A many years ago.

Update: My Mirtazapine and Lunesta are coming in this weekend.

I’ve been using CBN and 50mg of trazodone- I might up the Traz to 100. I keep waking up midway through the night. I’m ecstatic to try Mirtazapine, arrives tomorrow. Will do 7.5mgs

Not sure if trazodone even impacts sleep duration or quality, if anyone can back it up, I’d appreciate it

In my experience with trazodone, it really does a good job knocking you out fast. I've been taking it for about 10 years and it's still very effective for getting you to sleep. My problem is staying asleep. As I have to get up and go pee at least one time a night it used to be 3-4 times a night so I'll take this as a minor victory. I'm not really sure why my bathroom trips have reduced so much but I'm not complaining

No weed or CBN, trying to break that dirty habit of mine

7.5mg Mirtz, and 50mgs Trazodone

That Remeron will likely knock you out good, even with the combination of trazodone , I find that taking trazodone by itself does what it needs to do for me , I've been taking that for about 10 years and it still is very effective for putting me to sleep

Yeah same. That coupled with Reta of which has me wake up & pee flat out so i've often wondered about mirabegron.
From my initial research i'm sure it has some fat loss mechanisms also but i may be wrong with that.

Swapping to Tirz greatly aided my sleep issues. I also dislike Reta as for it burns through muscle too, the whole concept of glucagon being fully "muscle sparing" isn't exactly true, it goes through amino acids (proteins)

Tirz at a dose that enables me to be satisfied at a goal calorie deficit is way better and smoother feeling (atleast for me YMMV)

Yeah, I just checked and I've been on since June 2nd

At first my sleep was lessened and I woke earlier, but I'd already been used to waking earlier due to the sucky glucagon factor of Reta. The stuff seriously skewered my sleep

It's more of a staying asleep issue, on like a cruise or TRT dose my sleep's fine to an extent now. I dealt with the same initial sleep shock, I assumed my body was just getting used to the androgens and the feeling of being "on" but that's been fixed

my doctor gave me a few samples of lunesta maybe ~15 years ago, first night i took it had really strong taste in my mouth like my lungs were made of garlic right before i passed out. middle of the night i wake up and i see my girl at the time chewing on my arm like a fucking zombie so i shoved her off the bed. in reality she was fast asleep and i just threw her on the floor because i was hallucinating. no more lunesta for me. never happened to me with other z drugs

I've heard. Will try to be meticulous with my diet and TDEE. I'm also on a GLP1 so I'll try to limit the hunger

Trazodone mostly get you to sleep fast not necessarily keeping you sleep per se but it knocks me out fast 15 minutes tops and I'm out like a light

I always wondered how it does so. I hear it's an anti-histamine and that gear causes a lot of histamine release so that's why a lot of bodybuilders find relief with these sleep aids

Interesting stuff nonetheless, glad this thread is still fairly active with more anecdotes

I'm on day four or five of no smoking, I may just quit
