Important Reminder: After sending funds, you must submit the payment information (payment notification) on the Basicstero site by clicking the "Payments" button on the top bar when logged into your account and filling out the form there.

An order will remain at the "waiting for payment" status until the correct payment information is added to the order.
If all of the information has been correctly entered, then all that is left is to wait for our staff to verify and confirm the payment.
When the payment is found and verified, the order status will move to the “Order Processing” step (being sorted, packed, and prepared for shipment).
Then, when the order ships out, the final status will update to say "Order Shipped."

It is an EU domestic order.

I can tell because I have the transmission king number. The shipping label was only created 12 days after. It then took 2 days for the package to be ready to be shipped.

I have also just checked and it's now only just been handed over to the postal service. So it took 10 days for them to hand over the package to NL.

I can only assume none of this is coming from the EU and the cost difference is just a scam because it takes the same amount of time as International
Most likely, my order was not shipped from within the EU either, which is why my tracking number has not been updated...
Or perhaps the order has not yet been delivered to the post office...

I would like to try to help you by investigating the situation.
I can send a message to my contact at Basicstero and ask him if he can check your order details.
However, I need the order number to be able to refer to the specific order.
It would also be helpful if I had the tracking number to be able to check the details and refer to it as well.
I completely respect if you prefer to not share any of this private information (I am 100% supportive of whatever you decide regarding your information), but your name here on MESO will not help identify or locate any information about the order. I'm in the US and have no way to scam or cheat you using your order number and tracking; I just ask for it so I may investigate the shipment and try to help you.
Therefore, I will send you a private message to request the order number.

I will offer some suggestions that I have learned from my many years of experience here. Most likely the reason is one or all of the following possibilities.
1) The postal system updates are not showing because there may be a delay in their system.
2) The postal system or the Basicstero shipping partner have delays because of the massive work-load during this time of year (Black Friday and Cyber Monday + Holiday online shopping season etc.).
3) The Basicstero warehouse had some error such as wrong label, some technical error in their computer system, or a worker made a mistake, etc.
4) Your package was simply lost by the postal system or shippers.

Or, it is possible, there is no problem at all and everything will update soon.

Regardless, of the scenario, Basicstero has always offered a replacement when packages are lost or seized (confiscated),
The source will be able to see if your tracking never shows it was delivered; and, after enough time has passed to be sure there is not just a delay, the tracking result will be able to prove if a pack was lost or delivered.
Basicstero gives one free reship/replacement attempt when there is proof a package is lost of seized.
