damn my estrogen is still fucked and never had this happen before

I was dialed in with a quarter ugl tab MWF
Swapped to solution because getting quarters off UGL chalky tabs is a pain in the ass.
One week on .25mg solution adex and I start to feel nips itching and puffy and water retention. Lol
so I’m slowly increasing my solution dose like .05 but not messing with the dose schedule

After .25 ai ug tab mwf e2 was at 50 and I was feeling good

After the same dose on solution idk, haven’t tested yet. I started just last week the solution . Felt nips itching and increased a bit to .45 my last dose.
Nips stopped itching and I’m not feeling any of the crashed e2 symptoms. So far so good.

Can’t go pharma ai since I don’t have a script

also youre going to crash yourself if you go off of nipples
trust me, i got nipple symptoms with crashed estrogen actually, and my glands are removed.

keep your a.i consistent and get bloodwork, because nipple and low estrogen symptoms etc dont happen overnight, there seems to be a lag time for the symptoms to come on after blood levels have already been low.

well it was nipples, face and midsection water retention and some unusual irritability building up
but nipples are definitely the most annoying
