So sleepy day after injection

I get very tired the day or two after injection. 175mg WWB sustanon 250mg/ml twice a week. I sleep like a rock, and then I am so tired the next day or two, I just keep trying to fall asleep. Ill sleep until 3 pm if giving the option. Why does this occur? What are the mechanics? Or what are your theories?
Ive looked it up here and elsewhere but can barely find anything about exogenous test causing such tiredness. Only forum posts I can find are from r/transgender ftm’s, so maybe I am ftm lol.

Well the easy fix to try would be to switch to EOD or daily injections of smaller amounts.

First time I did trt I did the equivalent of 500-600mg using transdermal scrotal cream. On day two I had never been so tired in my life. Slept the whole day and night. By day 3 i was getting back to normal. Never had that issue again. So you could be sensitive to the quick ester in sustanon, or just all the different peaks and troughs. Switch to c, d, or e. Or try moving your injections closer together

Get your bloodwork. Hard to tell you anything without a decent scope of health, might have nothing to do with injection.

high rbc can make you sleepy, but im usually just hungry post injection
