Follow up question, what were u before taking telmi? I’m currently lol 122/60 fasted and 130/60 at night. Would telmi be worth it for me?
Just slightly lower, honestly it's not really making a difference for me since its at 20mg. People usually take 40mg to start, but it does work so it wouldn't hurt to try since it's so cheap to get. There are lots of well informed people here who can probably help you or just use the search feature. @Ghoul what are your thoughts brother.

I have telmi on hand and also have people saying my BP is fine and not to take it. Then others saying if I’m above 130 then take telmi. I’m on the fence about taking it.

You have isolated systolic hypertension.

Telm is pretty safe in this situation because it’s very gentle and smoothly lowers BP relative to how high it is.

I don’t know what dose you have. I definately wouldn’t start with 80. 20 would be ideal initially, but 40 is ok.

So 130/60 with 40 mg telm would likely see something like an 8 point systolic drop and a 2 point diastolic drop.

There’s a lot of variability in response to low diastolic. Usually older, frailer people are more sensitive. Since I assume you’re not dizzy on a regular basis, you’re probably not part of the sensitive group.

Just be alert to symptoms of hypotension, especially when standing up. No symptoms, you’re fine.

I tagged u on my bloodwork page too, idk if u saw it, so telmi is def worth giving a shot if I’m at 130?

I missed it somehow, dm it to me if you don’t mind.

Yes, I would get it down.

Long term there’s no question 130 is doing damage. Thats why all the guidelines have shifted to below 120 as normal. I know there’s a ton of conspiracy theories, it’s “big pharma” behind it blah blah (99% of BP meds are cheap as shit generics), but when a guideline is moved like that, it only comes after a TON of evidence supports it, and years, if not decades of debate among thousands of experts, in different organizations around the world, finally tips the scale to change a recommendation.

The fact we have proven safe meds like Telm seals the deal. There’s no “hurts as much as it helps” kind of tradeoff like there was with older meds. (In fact Telm’s “off target” effects are a bunch of minor improvements to metabolism, ie insulin sensitivity, lipids, and mitochondrial energy processing in muscle).

If anything, it takes too long for the updates to come after the evidence has been clear for years.

Love to see this! Any news on Test E? Or by any chance the MotsC testing yet? Been loving running motsc but been waiting for the 40mg testing before I purchase from you guys.

Out with the old, in with the new. #PrimalBlack.

New labels and caps! You’ll slowly see the inventory transition.

Also, we’ll never stop using West Novapure stoppers, regardless of cost. They’re the best. Incredibly expensive but that’s what we said in our mission statement. Striving to be the best and always improving.

Although the green caps we were using were nice (they were also ‘West’ brand) it’s just the sides are very soft and it would take us hours to get the crimp right. Multiple manual hand crimpers as well as a few different electric ones. Just a huge pain in the ass…

These new black caps are much cleaner, triple the cost and crimping is 10x more efficient.

(if you want the new look immediately and don't want to wait for full inventory to transition, just let us know in the order notes!)

Black looks great, definitely cleaner than the green.

Just one more question. The flip-off seal on the vial is also black now, right? I just want to make sure there won’t be any issues like with the first batch, where the alcohol swab wiped off the green coloring.

Thank you for the upgrades. Really puts relative cost in perspective. So people understand, you are fitting these vials with "retail" new stoppers and not some "expired" ones you got at a discount on ebay. Not that anything really wrong with later but good info.
I don't want to say where we get it from but they are listed as 'brand new' and not expired. So yes, retail.

I was just about to edit my post but it's too late.

We went through some vigorous testing with different types of swabs and didn't have any issues with smear like our original, very first caps

Yes please dont say. Just describing what this means to people. Free translation service haha.

Get those true batches (all vials with same batch number) up to 6L or 10L or whatever you want (6L vol flask was biggest I saw) and you will collapse your intra-batch vial-to-vial variance back to <= 2%.

Bonus obviously for volumetric flask and maximizing accuracy of each batch vs target mg/ml. People are learning and starting to pay attention.

Love the new look! Also appreciate the Motsc testing. I’ll be doing another big order the moment you guys get some Test E and the motsc testing comes back :)
