And I had specifically ordered four Primo 100 to avoid PIP, as I’m prone to it with Primo 200, but I received two Primo 200 instead.

The color of the oil can be various shades of yellow, which just depending on batches of carrier oil and oxidation.
Regarding the Primobolan substitution, the primobolan is out-of-stock due to the raw material shortage,
I assume, based on the fact it has just now arrived from Black Friday, your order may have been one of those which were lost and delayed.
PRIMO-E100 may have already been out-of-stock by the time the problem at the warehouse was discovered.
Basictero had to make a choice. They could cancel people's primobolan orders and issue a store credit for the value. Or, they could replace the out-of-stock primobolan with another primo product such as the PRIMO-E200 or, in some other cases, ampules.
Please understand, there were pros/cons to either choice.
If the source canceled the orders, it would mean missing out on getting Primo and getting the awesome Black Friday discount price. By the time the issue was resolved, the sale was over, and also most Primo products would be out-of-stock before you had a chance to use a credit.
Seeing how people already act, its expected people would be very upset and complain.
The other option was to find whatever primo products were still available at the warehouse and send the substitution so people would still have access to primobolan.
Basicstero choose to do the later option, in an attempt to be kind and helpful, because, as we all know by now, no one is producing more primobolan.
With this way, at least the customer still received very hard to find genuine primobolan and got it at a massive discount price from the Black Friday sale.
The other option, canceling orders and giving a credit, would mean its too late and these customers will not have access to primobolan, and not get good primobolan at the huge Black Friday sale prices.
Basicstero was trying to be helpful and find a way to still get primobolan out to the customers that ordered primobolan. This is why some people received a different Primo product.
Please keep in mind that Primo is very rare and hard to get now -- it will continue to become more valuable as supply disappears -- Basicstero would have made more money by canceling the orders and then just selling the other primobolan products at full price.
You can reduce the PIP with the PRIMO-200 by mixing it in the same syringe with your other oils such as testosterone (after all, everyone should always be including some testosterone in their stack).

Well, then you just wouldn't have primo.
He just got real PRIMO-E200 at the Black Friday sale price, while everyone else is out-of-stock and no one can get more.
Maybe you have a primobolan tree in your backyard that we don't know about -- the rest of us are trying to find primobolan and appreciate access to the last remaining supplies of good genuine Primo.
