I don’t know if you saw my earlier post in this, but when endocrinologists are dealing with patients who have significant water retention issues, sometimes larger, eod dosing resolves it.
As long as the total weekly dose is the same, benefits are pretty much the same.
It’s counterintuitive, because higher peak GH is closely associated with sides, so fewer, large doses would be expected to cause worse, not better issues like water retention.
But they discovered there’s a minority of rHGH patients who seem to be “High GH tolerant, steady elevated IGF-1 intolerant”.
The theory is that a dip in IGF every other day allows fluid to drain off, so overall sides are lower for that group.
