The 10mg vials of reta I received in a recent order do not have a vacuum. They are otherwise sealed and appear to reconstitute normally. The rep insisted this is not an issue. Has anyone else encountered this and would you use these? I know a vacuum doesn't itself ensure sterility, but I'm concerned that a lack of one indicates a QC issue. The other two kits I ordered have the expected vacuum seal.

Yes it’s a QC issue, don’t let them gaslight you.

“Oh we’ve been vacuum sealing vials for years for fun, it doesn’t actually mean anything, you know how much Chinese businesses enjoy spending money they don’t have to with useless extra work like this.”

Most of the cheaper vendors won’t do shit about it, but we need to keep calling it out.

Filter it to ensure sterility which of course is compromised, and to remove most of the aggregates that oxidative damage makes more likely to form, (you should be filtering regardless of vacuum).

Ensure the kit is refrigerated. I know most do anyway but some don’t, and without going too far down the rabbit hole, when peptides are damaged by oxidation, they can still function (attach to the receptor), but they become less stable to temperature degradation. So a peptide that might’ve been ok for a month at room temp (in dry form), let’s say losing 1%, may degrade 10% after being oxidized.

Here are 4 vials of different formulations of lyophiiized rHGH. The percentages at the top of the bars is the amount of oxygen left in the headspace (the empty area in the vial). Only the dark bars matter. You can see .75% oxygen makes the rHGH degrade nearly twice as fast at room temp as .45% oxygen.

Pharma doesn’’t use vacuum, it can fail because the continuous vacuum force on the stopper can suck in air, moisture, and bacteria if the seal isn’t perfect, movement in transport etc, causing degradation and loss of sterility, a major problem as far as they and the FDA are concerned.

Instead they vacuum and backfill with an inert gas like nitrogen. The funny thing is even the cheap lyophilization machines UGLs use can do this if someone hooks up a nitrogen canister. It would cost nearly nothing, and keep peptide quality up much longer, especially because unlike pharma, UGL peptides are exposed to uncontrolled temps in storage, an often very high heat in shipping container la (150°f+ in summer).

Nitrogen flush is standard for commercial manufacturers of peptides.

True yeah it won't remove like heavy metals if they in there or crap like that lol oil is very clear and the viscosity is very good would take a pic for you guy but just boxed it back up lol I can open it again if yall are interested it's no biggy just lmk
Is it recommended to filter the oils if buying from these guys? I've also used the domestic sellers on this forum and never had to filter anything?

Really appreciate this extensive context and validation of my concerns. I reiterated those concerns and a request for a reshipment to the rep, and even after he asked to see your specific response, he responded that I "missed the point" and suggested I invert the vial when injecting the BAC water. Obviously he's either misunderstanding or deliberately avoiding acknowledging the issue. In either case, I'm tired of arguing the point with this guy, so he's won, but for those considering an order, be aware that you should not count on a reshipment if you encounter the same issue.

Id say yes for anything coming from china, we have no idea where/who's actually doing the brewing and with the strange colors and floaters aswell only seems right. Personally I dont buy oils anymore from them, only peptides. Canadian ugls i trust for oils.

I thought there were COA’s about the purity being close to 98% for reta 10mg. So the concern with reta 10mg is more about the vacuum seal and sterility?

One report doesn’t mean this lack of vacuum is a pattern. The point it shouldn’t be allowed to slide when it does happen. If anyone else comes forward that should give you pause. It would be helpful if anyone can confirm there’s hasn’t had this issue, so we’ll know if it’s most likely an isolated incident.

Well I got some 10’s I can check out

Ah that makes sense. I might look into the peptides but definitely don’t feel like having to filter oils so I’ll probably stay away from those lol

I’m not saying oils don’t need to be filtered but I believe peptides more so than oils are more likely needed to be filtered.

Mind me asking which rep was that?

Hi

Does anyone know if the Acetic Acid Water that WWB sells is suitable for reconstituting the Alprostadil that he sells?

When I was about to order his Alprostadil and AA water together he mentioned that the AA water that they sell is specifically made to mix with AOD and he was unsure if it would mix with anything else other than that.

He’s unsure of what his costumers normally use to reconstitute Alprostadil, I would have assumed that it was the same AA water he sells but now I’m not certain myself either.

Thanks

Doing a quick search, it looks like the name brand versions of this are reconstituted with bac water.

"Caverject Impulse (alprostadil) for injection contains sterile, freeze-dried alprostadil for reconstitution and sterile bacteriostatic water in a prefilled dual chamber glass cartridge. It is available in 10 mcg and 20 mcg strengths"

Got 3 kits of 10mg Reta, all of them are vacuumed so far, just got one vial that felt slightly „off“ and not fully vacuumed, but all fine so far. Shit is working great, I’m happy, wife is happy, friends are happy.

Order number 2 has arrived! Placed on 19th Nov, Tracking 22nd, Arrived 1st Dec. So 12 days from payment. All good no damage. I will check the vaccuum seals as I start using the stuff.

Couldn't resist getting some of the 100IU 10mL HGH vials! It will be interesting to see if the 10mL NAD+ and HGH bottles have good vacuum seals on them. Havent seen peptides in 10mL vials before and as far as I know they dont vacuum seal AAS, so will they have a machine to do 10mL vials?

I also placed another order on 28th with the black friday prices, waiting on tracking confirmation.

Agreed but a few PE forums advise AA water as does ChatGPT.

I appreciate u taking the time to search and trying to help out though :-)
