Someone else had this happen a couple of months ago. He said he kept calling the hub and was told there was a paperwork issue they had to resolve. Come to think of it, I don’t think he ever posted about how that worked out.

Yes i noticed all the gh says the code ex h36, found it odd mine didnt say h10, but hgg1

What color is the puck? There's that histadine/glutathione/ghk-cu blend some vendors have, which could be the same acronym. It would be slightly blue though due to the ghk-cu.

The 10mg vials of reta I received in a recent order do not have a vacuum. They are otherwise sealed and appear to reconstitute normally. The rep insisted this is not an issue. Has anyone else encountered this and would you use these? I know a vacuum doesn't itself ensure sterility, but I'm concerned that a lack of one indicates a QC issue. The other two kits I ordered have the expected vacuum seal.

Personally wouldn't touch them. Others might. I wouldn't. Luckily I've never had this issue, but I have thought about it and vowed I wouldn't pin. I say ask for a reship.
