Thanks, yeah I'm working on that but I have to titrate slowly because I had dumb side effects at 4mg. What dosage did you see the most improvement?Increasing reta helped me with this.

4mg made a difference and I stayed there. I was going over 100 on 2mgThanks, yeah I'm working on that but I have to titrate slowly because I had dumb side effects at 4mg. What dosage did you see the most improvement?
Did you try 3iu GH instead of 4 ?5'9, 193 pounds at 12% body fat, taking 4IUs a day. I'm on 1.5mg of Reta a week, 500mg of berberine every morning, and about a week about I added 500mg of metformin before bed.
I take all of my HGH in the morning. Before taking it, I test my BG and it's usually around 100. Some days as low as 95, and some as high as 112.
I then test my BG 2 hours later and again 2 hours after every meal and it's always 100-105. So my morning fasted BG is high but post meal BG is great.
For context I used to take my HGH before bed and my numbers were the same. I switched it to morning due to sleep issues and also to see if it would help with this issue.
My diet and training are on point but I do have bad sleeping issues that I've always had and can't get any relief from. I wake up a bunch and I wake up exhausted every morning.
Thoughts? Thinking of increasing my metformin to 1000mg at night, and/or more berberine throughout the day
What is your BG at 4mg?4mg made a difference and I stayed there. I was going over 100 on 2mg
I started at 2, then went to 3, then went to 4. I was naive though and didn't start testing my BG until I was at 4. I've even done 5 a few times and the numbers were the same.Did you try 3iu GH instead of 4 ?
You can not compare with TS, everybody reacts different to meds BG4mg made a difference and I stayed there. I was going over 100 on 2mg
I was just answering his question. Im sure his treatment plan will be between him and his healthcare professionals. You can not compare with TS, everybody reacts different to meds BG
I would try 3iu GH and test BG daily for some weeksI started at 2, then went to 3, then went to 4. I was naive though and didn't start testing my BG until I was at 4. I've even done 5 a few times and the numbers were the same.
Its mid 70s and 80s now. It took a few weeks to normalize however. Its possible my body just got used to the gh too. Im taking 4iu in the morning daily. Usually before workouts. What is your BG at 4mg?
Update: I wanted to see if reta's delayed gastric emptying would mean I'd spike later. So I tested 2 hours after a big meal and again at 3 hours, and again at 4 - and all of the readings were between 104-106.You might want to consider the Dexcom Stelo Glucose Biosensor (Stelo Wearable Glucose Biosensor | OTC CGM | Stelo by Dexcom). According to the web, while it continuously measures glucose, it only reports in 5-min intervals (same as the Dexcom G6/G7 diabetic monitors)
It is not for diabetic use though, but Dexcom realized there's a market for the "rest of us".
IMO you will gain better insight to your BG levels, every 2-hrs you could be missing the glucose spikes from reta's slowed gastric emtpying; which I thought was anywhere from 3-4 hours. If this is the case, then at 2-hrs post-meal you're not really reading anything extra from nutrition. BUT hard to tell without a real frequent testing, say in 15 or 30 min intervals to really characterize post-meal glucose (which is what I've done with my t1d wife)
food for thought
Diet and cardio are on point, steps could probably be better.I use 500mg bereberine 2x a day with highest fat meals, and it helps. On 10iu currently BG is at 82. Also taking inositol.
How is the diet and cardio + steps for you?
I never saw a dose of 5iu do anything to BG at all
I'm doing all that except for SGLT2 which I've never heard of prior to thisMy recommendation -
Metformin xr 500 - 1000 mg before bed. SGLT2 (empagliflozin25 mg upon waking) + have Reta always running in the background.
Damn, did you think that up all by yourself? My recommendation -

Lol no. Common pharmacological stack many here already know. But only stating not knowing other lifestyle intervention.Damn, did you think that up all by yourself?
2-3 hours pre workout is what I'm doing now. I take it around 8:30 or 9:00am and I workout at 11:00am.You could also try moving it to 2-3 hours pre workout and see what happens.
I like it all prebed as it seems to treat my bg the best. Do you just have issues sleeping on it? Because if it's CTS causing your sleep issues I found that was easily solved by taurine and I used to get CTS so bad at night I was wearing those damn wrist braces
