Small bicep tear

Was doing zercher squats on Saturday and then when to mma training and I was holding pads... either way I woke up next day and tendon from armpit to mid forearm was very sore. Today I see bruising. I dont feel any pain just a little shaky when I flex the arm. Seems like it can be a tear but I dont notice any change in the muscle. Anyone have similar experience or feedback.

Unless u live in America and medical care isnt free i would suggest to just go to ur doctor and check it out just incase

If it was a serious tear you would feel sharp pain immediately and significant loss of strength.

If you're lucky enough to live in Canada, the EU, or another country with "free healthcare" you can go wait in line for 6 hours for the doctor to tell you to rest and ice it.

Even in the EU its only free as long as you are either a student or worker and you pay 50% of your salary on taxes. Idk why people keep spouting this myth/legend that EU have free healthcare. Sorry for offtopic.

Just my pcp checked it out. No xray. Have trained all week, just light. Was bench pressing yesterday and pec started to spasm. On back day I could row just not fully extend and lat pull downs are a no go. When I tore my peck it didn't require surgery so I assume im in same boat as this. I cant tell where a tear was.
