Could work but not ideal bc of weight gain and other things and at first is the detection time tgat is super longWouldn't Boldenone be good for the red blood cell production? Like a poor man's EPO

I didn't think about drug tests.Could work but not ideal bc of weight gain and other things and at first is the detection time tgat is super long
Yes but many ways to cheat it like exogenous epitest ofc more focused testing could see if its exogenous or notI didn't think about drug tests.
What would you do if you take test? Isn't that detectable by the ratio of test to epitestosterone or somethjng?
I'll try to find the post. ThanksYes but many ways to cheat it like exogenous epitest ofc more focused testing could see if its exogenous or not
I made a thread like a month ago on it lol
Btw im not on test
I mean was more of a question but there is some ideaI'll try to find the post. Thanks
I'll never forget what a wake up call it was when I heard the local "stud" who was winning all the duathlons did 99% of his cycling miles on the indoor trainer.Ehhh. How bad do you want it? I use to tell myself that if I want to go sub-10 (totally natural) I better put in the time. Also, don't think about the whole thing at once. Break it down into manageable time blocks. Make it so that the only time you can binge watch Netflix is on the trainer. Winners are made in the winter right?
Addies for endurance rides: IYKYKGood luck lol i did it once, btw ritalin should work lmao
Im doing indoor rn
If ur not like in norway ecc just put ski gloves on an go on the road with varia light
Never did it but ik they work lolAddies for endurance rides: IYKYK
Seem shitty tbh keep in mind that carbs are limited while riding fat is virtually unlimited and still have to understand where u could get gains there lolWhat about Meldonium?
I was able to add GH at 2-4IU with no increase in weight gain. My soreness disappeared and was able to do back to back hard workouts or rides without noticing anywhere near as much fatigue. I felt invincible. Stairs couldn't hurt me any more!Wow, a thread about endurance where someone actually knows what they are talking about.
Fully agree with your general messaging here.
High end of range without going too far into supra is what endurance athletes should be looking for. There is definitely no free lunch here as opposed to many other athletic endeavors.
GH could be leveraged but there is going to be a very careful balance between size (water retention) and the recovery benefits.
The comments about T3, T4, Clen (LOL), etc... are just completely insane. And EPO is fucking dumb to touch for an amateur athlete.
Totally agree. I'm a 4 IU guy too but endurance training is only a secondary focus. If I were an elite marathoner looking to maximize my performance, I'm not sure GH would be on the list for the aforementioned reasons, but it could be,I was able to add GH at 2-4IU with no increase in weight gain. Allegedly, GH can impair longer endurance or sustained efforts. So I recently weaned off to see if I notice a difference. The soreness came back pretty quickly, which made me realize how much the recovery really does help.
When your life doesn't lend itself to just propping up your feet, eating snacks and watching TV, improving recovery is where I think most athletes would see the greatest gains. Otherwise, just work harder and put in more time if it's available to you.
