Cycle to get huge

THIS
assuming i use the cheapest protein powder accessible to me, 18.90 EUR/KG, unflavored, I am still slightly overpaying compared to cheaper lean meats, while also getting in unwanted milk sugar. Higher quality protein powders (90%+ protein content without nitrogen spiking) cost up to 40 EUR/kg.
Insane costs, i could get between 5 and 8 kgs of lean meats (sub8% fat content) for that price, even cheaper when i go to local stores/ meat vendors/ hunters
I've done the maths and I found that chicken breast is cheaper per g of protien than even the cheapest protien powder (that my stomach can handle - "bulk" brand). Although there wasn't a huge difference.

I love meat but I cant put it in my porridge or morning shake, which is why I suppliment with it. If I could stomach that much meat I would though.

22€ for good quality whey here vs 8-10€ per kg of chicken breast.

buuuut... chicken is full of water. 40-50% of weight is water... even local farm do that cause they cant compete with big chains.
I am talking real cheap meat. not grocery store meat that stuff is usually right around protein powder in price.

For store bought meat talapia (cheap aah fish) would be the closest,
but wild boar, an overpopulated species, which gets shot a ton in many EU countries and also cheap to process, can be as low as 3-5 Eur per kg during peak hunting season. It is lean during that time as well, and tastes nice. a bit tough to chew though, so blending it/ cooking it for a long time might be necessary if you eat a lot of it.

In the US i guess turtle meat (florida) or boar meat (rest of the US except the desert parts) would be the closest. Catching just 1 of those snapping turtles a day can get you a good amount protein.

uff, wild boar.. :D that would require some cooking skills :D i feel happy that i can cut chicken, out it in air frier and not forget it there..... some of us really suck at even basic cooking.

low heat for 3-4 hours, then finish off with high temp so you dont have to take those anti-parasite drugs people were taking for other reasons in 2020/2021

I personally got myself one of those food court timers they got in the UK food courts and some other restaurants, you cant miss those. sounds/feels like a 12lb colibri dying in your pocket.

what do you think about test deca eq instead of test eq?

Also good, but agree you should try out a single compound first. That's exactly what i'm running now for winter, I have a 100/100 tpp/npp blend, I do 1cc of that MWF, and 1/2cc of test-c, 1/2cc EQ on saturdays. So total 425 test, 300npp, 150 EQ. IMO, nandrolone is a stronger anabolic than EQ, but you're gonna lose definition from the water it makes you retain.

Whey protein esp an isolate for me is a post workout thing only. It's in and out so quick. I think there is something to a piece of real meat digesting in your body and supplying amino acid for hours.

My compromise since I dont really want to eat meat for breakfast or my last meal of the day is everyday I do casein protein for those 2 meals which takes a much longer time to digest and supplies aminos for hours. Every other meal is either chicken breast or 93/7 ground turkey. If I was competing and my coach told me chicken breast for those 2 meals I would do it but I'm not so this makes my days a little more enjoyable and I'm still getting 300g of protein a day.

I get my Whey for 16-19€ per kg and chicken 7-9€, in this case chicken is almost Double the Price for a less good protein source. But I guess in other countries it’s the opposite. When I was in turkey istanbul for a couple of months there you pay like 3-4€ per kg of chicken but 30+ for whey

im pretty sure that simply isnt allowed in eu. max 5% or have to be declared

shit like that only happens in usa

Protein in 1 kg of Whey Protein Powder

Depends on the type:

  • Whey Concentrate (≈80% protein): ~800 g protein per kg
  • Whey Isolate (≈90% protein): ~900 g protein per kg

So 1 kg of whey powder provides ~800–900 g of protein.

Protein in 1 kg of Chicken

(Values are for raw, skinless chicken breast)

  • Chicken breast has about 31 g protein per 100 g
  • So 1 kg = ~310 g of protein

instead of using ai just scan your own food

I was trying to make a point to the poster above who tried to argue against the chicken being mostly water. If you compare chicken to whey protein, you can't just take the price/ weight of the product. Chicken has a lot less protein per kg compared to whey protein, due to water. It's not dehydrated like beef jerky
