No. I'm not. I have the wisdom to see new member join and have been around way long enough to see people make the same mistakes over and over again. Sadly the nature of web forums doesn't necessarily sticky important points that should be visible to newbies easily. This is pretty easily seen in the number of new members who don't even read the rules.

Whatever you meant by "we", although i'm sure meant with the best intent, doesn't capture everyone reading this thread over the course of time.

I still order from Primal even though I am disappointed in the Primo but I am glad I learned my lesson and didn't but a shit ton of it sight unseen like i did from the other source.
Lots of great products at good prices, I really do think this primo situation is rough for everyone.
A little swallowing of pride and transparency would go a long way with the customer base.
