I reached out to primal because I had the testosterone with the silicone stoppers. I asked for a replacement which he obliged with no complaint. Just sharing my experience with this Customer Service , thank you primal.

We’re really happy with them so far.

Yes, we’ve already been into plenty of the new stoppers. Needle feel is noticeably cleaner, they core less and reseal well. The bridges on the seals snap the way they’re supposed to. no weird exposed edges or shredded metal. Nothing catching on gloves, and nothing that makes you feel like you’re fighting the cap to get in.

Overall they’ve been a solid upgrade in terms of both handling and presentation, so we’ll be sticking with the West NovaPure setup going forward!

Seems like they removed the 6% discount code "blessed" and 5% discount code "palifter5" that you could stack with the 20% off orders over 500. So it would have been better to order before the sale if you order was over 500.
