It's been a crazy day and I have been sitting at the computer with no break since around 7 am EST. I need to get some food and rest a little bit, so I'm going to get offline for a break.

Its produced form excising stock of raws that Pharmacom Labs already had.
This is the same situation for the other products.
But, as you can see with some things, once the stock of raws runs out, there is not a restock.
So everyone just works with what raws they already have -- when the existing stock of raws run out, there won't be new products again until the situation changes.
Sadly, raws for a few compounds appear to have already run out.

As a very long‐term customer in the EU, I can't say I appreciate the second class citizen treatment.

Hi, unfortunately, if you add an item to your cart but don't pay for it, someone else can order this item.

It must have sold out during that time. But if people cancel their order or do not pay, the products they had reserved for their order will be available again.
Please check back because some people make very larger orders to try to reserve stock but then they cancel the order or do not ever pay.
There were multiple cancellations last night. As of this moment (about 10:30 am EST) there are some Primo-E100 available from the international warehouse.

I think EU warehouse to EU destination transit time is usually about a couple of weeks from the time the order status updates to "ORDER SHIPPED."
But, transit times are dependent upon the postal system and can vary -- no one has any control of the postal system. Also, some countries have delays with customs clearance which cannot be predicted or controlled. Please take these things into consideration and when making your plans.

If you place an order from the International Warehouse, Basicstero ships the order directly from the warehouse at the Pharmacom Labs facility; thus, you get the best price.
Please make sure you understand and accept the associated risk of ordering international, including longer transit times which can be around 4 - 6 weeks (sometimes slower or faster depending on the postal system) and the risk of customs inspection/seizure.
Basicstero offers one reship of your order free of charge if a pack is lost by the postal system or a seizure occurs. If the reship is also lost or seized, you must accept it as a loss; there is only one reship per order.

The EU Domestic Warehouse is meant for customers in the EU who want to get Pharmacom Labs products as soon as possible and with lower customs clearance risks. Stock from the EU warehouse ships from within the EU for any customers in the EU with reduced risks and gives the fastest transit time to EU destinations.

How-To Contact Basicstero Customer Support

Now you can contact Basicstero’s customer support directly via an internal messenger in your Basicstero account instead of filling out a form on the “Contact Us” page.

For your convenience, Basicstero has added a "Messages" section on the store website where you can contact customer support for any questions or help you need (such as with payment, ordering, account, etc.).
