There is more to the effectiveness of hgh than IGF-1. Just a reminder.

I am a low responder compared to most here, and yet even low levels of growth hormone (like 3 iu) make a difference in my physique v. no hgh. Of course, that could be merely because my natty IGF-1 is so extremely low. I don't know. I am just saying that a super high IGF-1 score is not needed for some beneficial effects from injecting hgh.

I keep my IGF-1 about 15% above the top of my range. Of course I stay on low dose GH (3 iu's 4 days a week) year around, permanently. It makes a big difference in how I look, keep joints healthy, etc.

4 years ago I was hospitalized and then did not train for another 7 weeks. I could barely raise my left arm. Was off GH the whole time. Doctors did a ton of imaging and said I had one of the worst shoulders they had ever seen. Needed replacing.

I started back on GH and have been able to train no prob w/ no surgery or anything else.

Opti is still a top of the line source here. His oils, tabs and GH are all at the highest level of trust for me, personally, and many other forum members as well. A large portion of my stash is made up of Opti oils, nearly all of my orals are from him, and well over half of my GH supply are his gold tops. I'm glad he was the source I landed on early in my research after joining Meso

Up to 70mg/wk seems relatively safe even over long periods of time. It is definitely worth trying - personally I feel great on it, but obviously highly variable among individuals. Tren and winstrol have more effect on my physique in the short term than nything else, in terms of fat loss and definition.

I typically keep 35mg/wk in my cruise, will raise to 70-140mg/wk short term to meet a physique goal. I've run higher and the unwanted effects (night sweats, insomnia, excessive libido but anorgasmia, excessive confidence) exceeded the additional gains. Despite what you hear from some YouTubers, it was studied/marketed for human use (as tren hex) at 75mg every 10 days - ulled off the market subsequently primarily because it was getting abused by bodybuilders, not because it was a bad drug.

I feel better and my blood work is better on 35mg/wk ea tren + MENT and 70mg test than on 280mg/wk test (which is the highest I've gone).

I consider tren, MENT, and DHB to be the three high potency injectables. You do not need a lot of mg for effects. Testosterone, boldenone, nandrolone, and masteron are in the middle - they need to be run at 3-4x the dose. Primobolan I find weak and I'd need to run very high doses to get much effect; I much prefer to run 140mg DHB than 700-800mg primo, not to mention it's a fraction of the price, a lot less oil to inject, and much easier to source.

Nah man.

I understand you can run tren at low doses, and avoid the physical/mental side effects. But no one is going to tell me it isn’t neurotoxic and you can cruise on it for life. That’s insane advice. Everytime I come off a tren cycle (even low dose) I feel like my brain works better.

Yea, I was just referencing the low doses being effective. Of course blood work and individual tolerance should always gauge how long any of these compounds can be run. Each to their own for sure. Lowest effective dose is always the best.

Having said that, there are cheaper GH sources out there. Does anyone else, like me, not consider these cheaper sources? For example, HYB has kits for 50 bucks...but we are also seeing that HYB products are having a host of problems. I prefer to pay more and have the guarantee of quality.
