No sir I don’t. I’ve unfortunately gotten a new phone and lost the download of my bloods from any test I did in the past 3 years.

I’m currently on 2iu sero and 6iu blacks right now so there is legitimately no telling what my igf is at if I scored that high on 4iu.

I agree that there does seem to be a small variance batch to batch from a “feels” standpoint although I understand that doesn’t hold a lot of weight.

It’s too long to get into, but the TLDR is there are forms of rHGH that can appear correct on HPLC testing but not be bioactive. So two seemingly identical batches by purity, could have a different impact at the same dose that can be felt by intensity of side effects. But those are normal “high growth hormone” side effects, not some random contaminant that just happens to cause exactly the same side effects high growth hormone levels cause. Even naturally excessively high GH from pituitary tumors cause the same effects.

So the irony is “crappy side effect inducing rHGH” is just more potent than the batch that doesn’t. I’m sure IGF-1 would be higher with the side effect inducing vials.

One other thing, since GH has gotten so much cheaper, and many more people are running high doses long term at IGF levels way beyond physiological. consider checking for excessive bone growth, so you can catch acromegaly type changes before they become irreversible.

How long can we keep IGF above 400 before the consequences kick in? I honestly don’t remember the exact timelines, but my z-score was 7.3 for about 2-3 months and nothing extra grew. No changes in the face either. Nose, forehead, jaw, everything looks the same.

Or do the complications only start after 2+ years of living in “IGF-400 Club”?

If you really want to know if this is happening, and how fast, get a P1NP test. It measures new bone formation.

Normal max for an adult is about 75.

I took 10 IU and I gained 12 pounds overnight. That was Sunday and I am still fighting the edema today. I’ve been on 10 IU of black tops for the past year, but decided to try the goals because it would be cheaper

Hand a similar experience with the blue tops recently but not quite as extreme. I’ve used the grey tops for years and never had any crazy sides or issues. Started a kit of blue tops around 20 days ago and have felt like crap ever since. Earlier this week I bumped the dose to from 5ius to 8ius and I was messed up for two days. Sleep was wrecked, huge jump in HR, low level nausea and no appetite.

Safe to say I’ll be switching back to greys lol

There is more to the effectiveness of hgh than IGF-1. Just a reminder.

I am a low responder compared to most here, and yet even low levels of growth hormone (like 3 iu) make a difference in my physique v. no hgh. Of course, that could be merely because my natty IGF-1 is so extremely low. I don't know. I am just saying that a super high IGF-1 score is not needed for some beneficial effects from injecting hgh.

I read something on Reddit of all places a long time ago from a dude who was a self described GH expert. Long term use at high dosages. One thing he stressed was that when changing brands, ALWAYS drop your dose a bit. Me personally, if I switch I drop the dose 50%. No harm in doing so. I slowly escalate back to my usual dosage over a week or 2. Never had any of these issues. I also check blood sugar and blood pressure when starting a new brand / new kit (unless it’s pharma). Prob overkill but that’s what I do.
