High resting heart rate?

Personally I love my apple watch for sleep. None of the watches can actually 100% track different stages, u would need to be hooked up and get an overnight eeg for that but, but its great for sleep/wake times and trends over time. Also it'll track your rhr + hrv automatically and keep the data so you can see trends and stuff which I find great in combo with sleep for measuring my recovery/stress/etc.

Also if u said ur feeling your high rhr maybe your blood pressure is just really high o_O have u been checking that every day? also maybe check your hematocrit..

70-75 rhr isn't terrible but if youre active ideally it would be lower. and 20mcg T3 is a pretty big dose which even if ur labs say that your FT3 is in range, it might be supraphysiological like an hourish after you take it and you could get tachycardia from that. I also supplement T3 but i do 10mcg when i wake up and 10mcg like mid day to try to even out the curve and prevent an energy crash later in the day.
thats exactly how i dose it. one dose at night, and the other mid day

i never said when i take it haha, 10mcg at night and 10mcg mid day
Bro I think u should consider dosing it in the morning and mid day...

T3 peaks like an hour after you take it and it makes your heart rate go up, body temp rise, turns on you sympathetic nervous system, and messes with your circadian rhythm.

If youve been getting good sleep then do whatever works for you, but I think it might be worth trying out morning dosing. Just a theory but maybe if you are feeling ur rhr go up, it could be bc you arent getting quality sleep beause youre taking T3 at night when naturally that is when youre supposed to have the lowest FT3 levels.

im taking it at night so it doesnt interfere with my food/caffeine intake, i heard its very important for t4, but t3 is not that fragile and you can eat it with food, yeah i might try to take it first in the morning.

How are youre ft3 and ft4 levels?
Last bloodwork, drawn ~1h after taking 10mcgT3/25mcgT4, I had TSH - 1.3, FT4 - 14pmol/L(ref.range: 10-20), and FT3 - 5.2pmol/L(ref.range: 3.5-6.5)

Yeah ik T4 metabolism can get fucked up by eating/caffeine, but taking it at night you'd have to be truly fasted to get the extra absorption benefits but even still taking it in the morning better aligns with your circadian rhythm and is when your body naturally wants highest free thyroid levels.

Unless you eat like right when you wake up I dont think its a huge deal. Like I usually take both right when I wake up and then it takes me like at least 30 mins to get out of bed, brush teeth, take a shit, etc before I'm making breakfast which should be enough time to max T4 absorbtion.

i wouldnt draw bloods 1hr after taking the t3, because then it peaks, you dont want the number of the peak, but from the baseline.
