I dont mean to be harsh but this isn’t the area to be slapdick about things. You’re talking about your heart but you’re too lazy to track your pulse? The thing that comes to mind is lazy. And guess what, laziness / lack of movement / lack of cardio while gaining weight on test will…you guessed it…raise your resting heart rate. Androgens stimulate the CNS to varying degrees but if you’ve been on this dosage for as long as you say you have I would think your body would have acclimated to it by now. Might be best to track your pulse, I know it requires a great deal of effort. And bloodwork and a physical exam. Again if you’re not willing to do this simple shit you really really should not be messing with gear.

I mean its not mandatory to track hr but if ur worried abt it u should at least give us some data

i do cardio everday 20mins, work a physical job and 12k steps daily. Activity is not the problem... maybe stress ... I was hoping for someone having maybe the same Problem and fixed it. My resting HR isnt that crazy high, but noticably higher than usual if i would guess 70-75...

Just get some data pls. 75 isn’t high.

Can someone recommend a watch to track heart rate? in germany the fitbit is very popular. maybe i buy one, you can also track sleep quality

I use garmin but its because its cool to have all the ecosystem connected, i think to track hr its all the same in the end

Many Lifters/Bodybuilders recommend the fitbit. It can track how much Rem and Deep sleep you get, ofc its not 100% accurate. But you can see trends...

Btw stress is a big thing during summer i was stressed because i was pretty much overtraining and i wasnt sleeping well and much(i also hate heat) so i had rhr at like 55 i seen like once even on the 60s its low but my rhr rn is like 38/41

i forgot to add, that im supplementing thyroid meds, 20mcg t3 and 100mcg t4. im on that dose since 1 year, because i was hypothyroid, i checked my thyroid levels 2 weeks ago and everything was withing range. so no overdosing

Personally I love my apple watch for sleep. None of the watches can actually 100% track different stages, u would need to be hooked up and get an overnight eeg for that but, but its great for sleep/wake times and trends over time. Also it'll track your rhr + hrv automatically and keep the data so you can see trends and stuff which I find great in combo with sleep for measuring my recovery/stress/etc.

Also if u said ur feeling your high rhr maybe your blood pressure is just really high o_O have u been checking that every day? also maybe check your hematocrit..

70-75 rhr isn't terrible but if youre active ideally it would be lower. and 20mcg T3 is a pretty big dose which even if ur labs say that your FT3 is in range, it might be supraphysiological like an hourish after you take it and you could get tachycardia from that. I also supplement T3 but i do 10mcg when i wake up and 10mcg like mid day to try to even out the curve and prevent an energy crash later in the day.
