Im on 500 test, and on a gaining phase right now, what could be the cause for high resting heart rate? i dont track it but i can feel it...

im on that dose for the last one year, blood works looks good, hämatocrit also good. having that the last 1-2 months500 test.

I dont mean to be harsh but this isn’t the area to be slapdick about things. You’re talking about your heart but you’re too lazy to track your pulse? The thing that comes to mind is lazy. And guess what, laziness / lack of movement / lack of cardio while gaining weight on test will…you guessed it…raise your resting heart rate. Androgens stimulate the CNS to varying degrees but if you’ve been on this dosage for as long as you say you have I would think your body would have acclimated to it by now. Might be best to track your pulse, I know it requires a great deal of effort. And bloodwork and a physical exam. Again if you’re not willing to do this simple shit you really really should not be messing with gear.i dont track it but i can feel it...

i do cardio everday 20mins, work a physical job and 12k steps daily. Activity is not the problem... maybe stress ... I was hoping for someone having maybe the same Problem and fixed it. Apple Watch. The newest software can track sleep. Not sure how well. And there are likely cheaper alternatives than Apple.Can someone recommend a watch to track heart rate? in germany the fitbit is very popular. maybe i buy one, you can also track sleep quality
Sleep tracking its at most an extimate even sleep tracking with lab equipment isnt that preciseApple Watch. The newest software can track sleep. Not sure how well. And there are likely cheaper alternatives than Apple.
