So I was previously on 2 cholesterol meds and I wanted off of them due to the connections with Alzheimer's and dementia. So there was a lot of changes that took place all at once with getting off those, starting TRT/Peptides/working out etc.. That bloodwork was in October. My next labs are in 3 weeks. I cut out eggs/red fatty meat, vegetable oils. I have been taking CoQ10/ Omega 3 / Citrus Bergamot and Red Yeast Rice..Started eating more fiber. Eating 1 avocado per day. Trying to stay away from the statins. Cut out red meat.

our ldl is 174 , I seriously doubt your going to get any kind of meaningful results without some kind of "statin like" medicine, theres several "good" medications now for lowering ldl

Not sure dietary cholesterol is as large of a direct contributing factor to poor LDL levels as once thought. Limiting shitty/fatty red meat, sure. I Don’t think you should cut out eggs though.

You’re taking good supplements too. Just make sure your omega 3 usage is up towards 4-5grams daily imo. Without any statins I was able to get my ldl down to low 50s with coq10, 4-5g of fish oils, all the while consuming 6+ whole eggs a day, and my red meat comes from venison - but that was twice a week at least as well.

Appreciate the info.I am going to increase my dosages of them and see what comes up in my next labs.
