Peptides / Recovery 40 +

Good afternoon, fellow members of the Elite 40 +

It’s an undeniable truth: once we cross the 40-year mark, "recovery" stops being a recommendation and starts being an increasingly priority.
With that being said, there seems to be a peptide nowadays for everything.

For us of silver haired studs, what peptides have you used/use and what results did you see ?

Myself, I am currently trying tb-500 & bpc157 for a strained forearm. It is a new injury so I wouldn't be able to calculate the recovery time etc. , but it has been 2 months and is about 75% better @ 500 tb / 500 BPC ED and PT

I followed the Ateam school of TB&BPC dosing: more like 1 mg/d on normal weeks when I'm beating myself up with resistance training & cardio, a little higher if I feel excessively sore, and zero on lighter training weeks

Absolutely!! that combo is really beneficial for taking care of the aches&pains, and its even healing them at the cellular level , Awesome combo,

In my 40's i still recovered well. In my 50's i had to adjust my workouts more to get optimal recovery. Now that i am 65 i cut back earlier this year to just hitting the gym 4 days a week. Getting old sucks. I have tried the healing peptides on more then 1 occasion to see if thy made a difference in my normal recovery times and i noticed nothing. I still find nutrition is king.
