End of year test and decca cycle

So I've been into lifting on and off for most of my life. The last 5 years I took it a bit more seriously and dieted down naturally from 118kg to 84kg. It was pretty tough, and I wasn't left with much lean mass.

Mid 2021:

After this due to some health and reoccurring back issues I fatmaxxed to 130kg+.

This is beginning 2024:

A few months later I found out I was primarily hypogonadal and started TRT in April 24.

I have had some issues with anxiety especially around health and thought I'd been taking alot of gear. However my extensive injection records tell a different story. I've been on around 130mg test E, 100mg decca and 60mg mast E on average for this year. This includes the cycles I ran.

I usually chicken out or get panicked when some marker is out. Anyway I'm in perfect health now, kidneys are G1/A1 according to urine and blood tests so I've decided to do an actual cycle.

Cycle length: 12 weeks
Products: Stromusc testosterone enanthate 250mg/ml, Stromusc nandralone decanoate 200mg/ml
Ancillaries: exemestane, metoprol succinate and tartrate, cialis, telmisartan
Peptides: 2iu HGH, 6mg Mazdutide
Blood tests: 6 weeks and post (prepaid roidsafe)
Other checks: blood sugar with pin prick, blood pressure, HRV

Red lines:
1. Poor HRV or high resting heart rate
2. Out of control blood pressure
3. Psychological reasons
4. Poor blood tests (worse than previous on cycle for example)

My body responds best to nandralone and testosterone together. I'm not a big fan of orals or stronger compounds (ment, tren etc).

So the plan is to run between 600-1000mg for the 12 week period.

Current shape:

Current weight is 105kg.

Current measurements (cm):
Neck Circumference 41.5
Chest Circumference 114
Abdomen Circumference 91
Hip Circumference 93
Left Bicep Circumference 41
Right Bicep Circumference 41
Left Thigh Circumference 66.5
Right Thigh Circumference 66
Left Calf Circumference 43.5
Right Calf Circumference 43.5

Training regime:
Volume and intensity split - from Practical Programming by Andy Baker and Mark Rippetoe.

Hi bro. What’s your main goal with this blast; as much mass as possible, then diet back down; or pure lean mass? Do you have everything you need, or may need, on hand, including AI? Just figure I will run a few things by you before you jump into it.

I have a massive appetite so I'm going to slowly taper the GLP1 down (I'm on Mazdutide). If I go off I will just over eat and blow out.

I'd like to put on some lean mass without gaining too much body fat. I don't want to go over 112kg body weight. I think that's reasonable enough.

I think I've got everything. I'm already on a CPAP, I have bloodwork prepaid for and I've done all the health checks. I've got heaps of aromasin and letrazole if in an emergency.

I don't think I can really gain much mass in 3 months but I want to give it a shot.

You may be surprised, especially with that Deca nitrogen retention it’s famous for, just keep that protein intake high. I will be following along. Hit me up for any training questions or advice. I don’t really give advice on peds, only my personal experiences with them, their are much more knowledgeable members here that can help with those questions better than myself. Im just an old gym rat who’s been around the block for a while lol.

Cheers mate. I'll post weekly updates at least. I will post my training log too.

It's been a bit of a slow start to the cycle as I've got the flu and strained my back a bit. Haha but we have 3 months left!

Lock in for the rest of 2025.

I've got 1.5ml to inject tonight to hit the weekly mg.

I doubled the dose of Sertraline and switched to night time dosing. This has seemed to get rid of the daytime fatigue.

However I am sweating a ridiculous amount. Hopefully it's just the rest of the flu and not because they sent me Tren instead of decca haha

Gym tonight. Diet at work is a bit shit:

Hoping to get atleast two more workouts for this week. This has been a pretty limp start to a cycle. Personal issues, these meds and fatigue. Anyway onwards and upwards.

End of first week round up:

Sun 26
Bench press 90kgx3x8

Mon 27
Deadlift 130kgx1 - strained back

Tue 28 Oct
Off

Wed 29 Oct
Off

Thu 30
Sick with flu

Fri 31
Bench 5*5 80kg
Lying triceps overhead extension 17.5kg 2x15

Sat 1
Leg press 3 plates each side till failure

Blood pressure is still good. I'm feeling great now after increasing my Sertraline dose from 50mg to 100mg. Apparently at higher mg it starts to increase other neurotransmitters reducing the fatigue side effects.

The resting heart rate isn't a great sign. But I'll see how it plays out.

with training, your whole workout is just bench and tricep extensions or just main movements and you do more?

cause im sure you could recover from much more.

To be honest with how much work and sleep I get it's hard to recover. I mainly do the big compounds lifts.

I'm hoping to increase the volume next week but I will only be doing a limited amount of compound movements like Over head press, bench, squat, deadlift etc

I like that you are using your time at the gym working on compound lifts to increase mass and not wasting time on the cable machines doing all these complex setups I see on Instagram. I cringe when im at the gym and see mostly young guys, without much body mass, doing all that rediculous shit ( and thinking they are going to get huge doing it) because they saw some huge dude doing it on insta. Compound lifts = mass, cables = hardening up and striations.

That's quite a specific number!

I think your HR goes up the more you think about it, lmao
I don't think about my HR at all, better hope I never do... View attachment 358605
Yeah it's 4.5ml per week total. I just mixed 1ml:1ml of test E and decca.

I have found my body likes this ratio. So yeah it's 2.25ml of each compound. That's why the number is a bit weird.

I am already starting to chicken out. I'm wondering if 1 gram is overkill. I think you're only on 1.2g and you're bigger than me.

Week two update. I hit the weights pretty hard and struggled to eat. As a result I dug myself a recovery hole and wiped myself out for a day or two.

Feeling better today. I've been doing the major barbell lifts and it has been mainly fatiguing my posterior chain (lower back, hamstrings and calves).

Body weight is 108kg, resting heart rate is 67 over night.

Increased the HGH to 3iu per day. I've been taking it after workout and having a nap. I think this seems to help with recovery a bit.

Week 3 update.

Destroyed my lower back again for 4 days. Tried to work around it.

Basically the issue is my libido is high but I'm experiencing failure to ejeculate from Sertraline. This causes me to have sex for too long and wear out my already fragile lower back. The issue is I feel fucking amazing on this drug. So I don't want to criticise it because it really is exceptional and I was always more of a delayed orgasmer from the beginning.

Anyway I've got into more core exercises:
1. Ab roller
2. Bird dog
3. Side planks

I'll add some more push ups, probably the Mike Tyson variety.

I nearly quit the cycle already because I was getting healthy anxiety after watching Boston Lloyd videos on YouTube lol

Around 110kg.

I dropped Mazdutide and my resting heart rate has already reduced. I don't know if that's the cause or the increase of Sertraline to 150mg.

I'm gonna order some more antidepressants from my favourite pct source and try them one by one until I find a match. I'm down to a shortlist of 7 drugs so far. With multiple combinations as some have different effects.

It makes me wonder why people like selegiline when on paper it ain't that great. There are better drugs.

Anyway blood sugar is 4.9mmol fasting. Eating like a fatty as my appetite is though the roof.

Only other change to the cycle is 1mg of cabergoline. I'm trialing this for a few weeks and then I will probably abandon it for a proven combo (Mirtazapine/buproprion or agomelatine) or even another drug like vortioxetine.

My front double bicep is too crappy to post lol

Week 4 update.

Sexual dysfunction 80% fixed by adding Mirtazapine and lowering Sertraline dose. I'm feeling great now.

Weight is up to 112.5kg. I need to clean up my diet.

Current measurements (cm):
Neck Circumference 43cm (+1.5cm)
Chest Circumference 117cm (+3cm)
Abdomen Circumference 94 (+3cm)
Hip Circumference 95cm (+2cm)
Left Bicep Circumference 42 (+1cm)
Right Bicep Circumference 42 (+1cm)
Left Thigh Circumference 68 (+1.5cm)
Right Thigh Circumference 68 (+2cm)
Left Calf Circumference 44 (+0.5cm)
Right Calf Circumference 43.5 (same)

My back is feeling better. I've added ab wheel roll outs, back extensions and core exercises to my routines.

My strength has increased quite a bit.
