762 is crazy.. and to the guy running 24 iu per day that dose would burn my hands right off lolGood response, almost exactly on par with the Meso average for 4 IU/d (396; but HUGE range 158-762)
The first time I pushed my dose that high years ago id be doing something with my hands and they would go completely numb lol and id wake up in the middle of the night with my whole entire arm numb.762 is crazy.. and to the guy running 24 iu per day that dose would burn my hands right off lol

Now it doesn't effect me nearly as much as it used to years ago. I think retatrutide also allowed me to be able to take a lot more too. Ill occasionally wake up wirh a numb hand or something but not like I used to. Other than that . I can still grip the bar through all my sets so it isnt hindering me any way there or anything. I remember when I first started experimenting with doses this high id occasionally run into issues with my grip strength not being able to hold the weight I usually used cause my hands would be like swolllll lol
I'm also curious as well, particularly given what a lot of competitors are saying about their usage ranging from 6 - 10 iu daily (open super heavies - obviously a lot of people take more, but why?). The lore of GH is you take as much as you can afford. I surely support that, but with the caveat of what you can afford AND what you can tolerate. And i don't mean numb hands. I'm thinking more of cardiac morphology changes occurring at dosages at / above 0.06 mg / kg as well as significant changes to insulin sensitivity. I think if one could run 24 iu daily with a normal fasting glucose and a cardiac echo that hasn't changed, send it!I am reading about reduced grip strength and whether you can hold a barbell and thinking, that can't be good.
So was it good?
What did running 24 iu daily do for you? Most of us will never run that, so your answer is the only opportunity we will have to have any answer whatsoever.
I am too - my point is that whatever the benefits are, there is a guarantee that these dosages are causing irreversible cardiac changes. At that point, what possible relative benefit can there be?Well, lol, let's wait and see what he says. I am genuinely curious what the benefits are.
The benefit would be more muscle growth. And I'm sure staying leaner. The risk is all relative to the user, if it's not worth it to you it doesn't mean it's not worth it to others.I am too - my point is that whatever the benefits are, there is a guarantee that these dosages are causing irreversible cardiac changes. What i meant when I was talking about my grip strength and being able to hold a barbell was that my hands were thicker and would get super pumped along with my forearm. So because of this it was almost like I was grabbing a thicker barbell because my hand was thicker and the pump was making the weight start slipping out of my hands at the end of the set more/faster Than usual. So I still technically had the strength but my hand was holding the barbell more open so my strength was at a disadvantage so I actually had to use more strength to hold the same weight because my hands were not trained in that specific spot. Your strength is usually best in the position/pattern you train it in. Im sure you know all of this im just explaining what I meant. ( sorry for the horrible grammar also)I am reading about reduced grip strength and whether you can hold a barbell and thinking, that can't be good.

Thankfully this has not happened to me YET. ( yes I get people will say, "key word , YET")Roger that.
For anyone else not interested in heart failure, give this a read before you run your GH dosages up. 9 iu is still considered safe for a 100 kg male per this study. 18 and above (for a 100 kg male) is where the problems start, and they develop rapidly. The word “rapid” is actually in the title of the study. Do with this what you will.

Supraphysiological doses of GH induce rapid changes in cardiac morphology and function - PubMed
GH is an agent widely used in sport to improve physical performance and has been proposed as adjunctive therapy in several clinical conditions. However, its short-term effects on the normal human heart are poorly understood. Sixty young normal volunteers (30 males and 30 females) were enrolled...pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
I meant the hgh is much safer than high doses of AAS . Not hgh ****I really do think hgh is much safer than high doses of HGH. It may be arguable but thats my personal opinion.

So was it worth it? Well at the time when it got to that point and I was waking up with my whole arm numb. No , I could deal with numbness but when it was interfering with training thats when I stopped for 2 days then went back to 10 iu . The reason this happened that first time ( this was many years ago) and not now is because I was excited to experiment with this dosing and I ramped up way too fast.
Now when I do this ( usually for 2-3months tops. ) it's usually when im not pushing high doses of gear and its kinda the main thing I rely on when im letting my body recover from the systemic fatigue that high doses of gear and high training volumes accumulate.
I have used it with lots of gear 1 time though and the mental and physical recovery between lifting days was amazing compared to the 4-6iu doses which honestly for me I find the low doses of hgh to almost be unnoticeable for me. My first time using it i actually ramped up to 8iu and thats when I started thinking " okay im definitely noticing some positive changes. "
So the benefits vs low doses . I mean I can state the obvious that its basically everything the low doses do but it is more of a dramatic like night and day difference. Like when I get up to that 18-24iu spot , I will be getting a different level of fullness, pump , pop, while staying lean ( to use some bro terms lol ) that is just seemingly un achievable with any amount of anabolics that I can take. Its a look I can never recreate without the high doses of hgh with the insulin. Also,
Through out the day I stay way way way more calm and unaffected by stress and stressful situations. Im a very high energy high stress person and this really keeps me calm and helps me sleep way better which obviously helps with recovery and energy levels in the gym. When im not in the gym I also stay almost like my muscles just hold a pump and I just take up way more space and I like this look outside the gym way more.
The recovery is just so much different mentally and physically from low to high doses. The 8-12iu is kind of a happy medium but when I see people talking anout diminishing returns , the amount of diminishing returns is something that is hard to find/ see for me.
Now compared to anabolics I can EASILY find my amount of diminished returns and I have been EXTREMELY abusive in my use of gear in the past and have found multiple occasions where I grew better and had better results from less. Many times. I have not ever been able to find this with hgh. I also haven't been able to hurt my bloodwork with hgh. I take more , I feel better I look better and my bloodwork is not effected negatively.
I also have had images on my heart from 2012 that is a reference point of what my heart is supposed to look like and I have gotten 4 sets of images and 4 sets of scans and my heart is unchanged. Still " normal " which dose surprise me cause most athletes have changes to their heart but im just not there I guess lol ....
So although I wouldn't recommend this to people and I hate to glorify abuse so I will say that most will run into problems that are not worth it while ramping up like pitting edema and so on but currently I dont have anything like that and appear to be healthy. My lifestyle also revolves around this and trying to he healthy in every other aspect. Outside of the PEDs that I take. I dont do anytging other than this. I rarely eat anything outside of my meal plan and I do a ton of walking and fasted cardio.
For me with my lifestyle, I have no friends i dont do anything other than this really no hobbies so yeah this is worth it to me occasionally. Especially when im on trt/hrt or low doses. It helps me mentally and physically with dealing with taking lower doses and feeling like a loss of identity if I lose size or fullness from taking less gear. The hgh definitely mitigates that immensely. So not being on abusive doses of anabolics definitely helps with health and I really do think hgh is much safer than high doses of HGH. It may be arguable but thats my personal opinion.
Are you 100% certain you talked to Opti and not a scammer? My first concern would be double checking my contacts. Is something going on with OPTI that i am unaware of?
I have been ordering for a few years without issue. Excellent service. 8-9 days ago i made an order short of the $300 minimum. Opti emialed me shortly after the order in which I made another purchase to hit the minimum. Now im
Being ghosted for some weird reason.
So is something going on because this is unusual. Ive sent 5 emails over 8 days with no response.
The Outreach to meet the minimum is the scammer. Opti would not / does not do that. If you haven’t met the minimum the order would not process. think you got scammed somehow. I’d burn that email, change passwords, etc.Is something going on with OPTI that i am unaware of?
