Hair Loss

Not sure if we are talking about the same thing but you'd have to go on the rules provided by the place you donate to. Where I am, its very clearly part of the application process.

Dut is available widely from Indian based vendors.
Pretty sure we are talking about the same thing . Where I donate , it specifically says don’t donate with fin. Unless off for a month . I had to Google whether or not about dut

Just so you know that is total bullshit if you take finasteride it will protect you against everything except DHT steroids for those apparently RU58841 works. You can totally do gear and keep your hair
I get your point, brother, but personally I’ve had great success running Dutasteride (1mg/day) instead of Fin, even during heavy blasts that are notorious for shedding hair. My hairline actually stayed intact … if anything, it got thicker during that phase.
For context, I was running Test, Tren, and Mast totaling over 2.5g per week, not even counting orals I pulsed here and there pre-workout. Some weeks were pretty wild … around 1g of Mast, 1.4g of Tren, and Test sitting lower at 400mg.
(24 weeks)
Now, genetics definitely play a role I’m not really prone to baldness …but even when I cruise on Test + Mast or Test + Primo, I still notice a bit of shedding (nothing major).
So yeah, combining Minoxidil, Dut or Fin, and maybe RU58841 (topical) could be a real game changer for keeping your hair on cycle IMHO.(even if running DHT on cycle and specially if running it topical)
Just my 2 cents, brother man.

Glad to hear it. Couldn't wait to trying

I've been using Ketonconazole 1% shampoo for a while and it has been seeming to help. I'd like to try the 2% version but it appears to be prescription only for some idiotic reason. How is everyone getting this stuff? Are there online providers where you fill out a questionnaire and they have a doc that signs off on it without looking? Are there web stores that just don't GAF and will sell it to you anyway? I see it's available from some of the Indian pharmacies but I'd prefer a little quicker domestic if possible

Thanks

I have a prescription for it through my dermatologist, but you can also get it through TelyRx.

Your primary doctor should be able to write you a script if getting an appointment with them isnt too difficult. Will have the shampoo same day from your local pharmacy.

AlgoRx has it (online script, no drs visit). Im sure most of those type of sites offer it

Not sure the % but my local Walmart carries ketocanazole shampoo significantly cheaper and larger bottle than what my dermatologist was able to give me under my health insurance. I didn’t notice any difference using it. It was prescribed for dandruff to me

1% ketoconazole for dandruff (OTC)

2% for hair loss prevention (Rx or UGL etc)

I got the 2 percent prescribed by my doctor, she just wrote me a 1 year prescription when asked for it.

The OTC 1% gave me really bad dry scalp but the 2% did not.

Is there an explanation for people who blast a ridiculous amount in their younger years and don’t experience hair loss, but then lose it later on?

For example, Kevin Levrone, Dorian Yates, and Lee Priest were taking grams of gear in their prime, yet they didn’t show any signs of receding or thinning. However, now that they’re older, they’re starting to show signs of hair loss. Most obvious being Levrone with the shaved head.

Not sure but i think miniaturizing of genetically susceptible hair follicles can be a long process for some so 10–20+ years to manifest visibly.

Also for some really high androgen levels might even give a short term boost to follicle metabolism. Maybe why some folk mention there hair growing thicker?

Some of you bros dont care about hair loss, but it can be a big concern for most of us other bros. I'm 35 and I still have a thick and full head of hair. I am not one of those guys who would look good bald or balding. In some of my cycles years ago, I noticed large volumes of hair falling out in the shower during a cycle. This brought me to the point where I would look in the mirror and say, "What good is there in having huge muscles if my hair looks like crap?" So my search began to find the best possible hair solution, which involves stopping hair loss and even reversing it!

Let me just show you the final results (IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE), and I will comment on each:

  1. AVODART® (Dutasteride) - Dutasteride was developed to help shrink the prostate and was found to have an even more profound effect on regrowing hair than Finasteride! Not only that, it can take care of more of your DHT, it starts working faster, and stays in your system for much longer. 1 to 5 mg ED is all you need, and it also keeps that prostate down during your cycles. In my book, this is a win/win situation.
  2. PROPECIA® (Finasteride) - Next to Viagra, this drug may have had one of the all time record advertising budgets. Finasteride is a hair loss prevention / regrowth drug. Recommended dose is 1 mg ED and after 6 to 12 months the user may achieve positive results. The reason I write "big 4" in the title of this thread is that it may not be necessary to use both Dutasteride and Finasteride, although there are no known drug interactions. I say roll with Dutasteride if you can and if not then use Finasteride.
  3. ROGAINE® (Minoxidil) - Cheap to buy generic at target in three month supply, Minoxidil blocks DHT on the scalp. After handling DHT within the body via Dutasteride or Finasteride, you can also stop the damage of DHT on the scalp. Use twice a day. I use it after my morning shower and after my workout shower.
  4. NIOXIN® (Cleanser, Conditioner, and Treatment) - Use these Nioxin products as your daily shampoo and conditioner. They work on the scalp to ensure that your skin is healthy. Shampoo removes impurities that clog follicles, including DHT. The conditioner keeps the scalp moisturized. The treatment adds botanicals and nutrients to the scalp skin.
  5. NIZORAL® (A-D Shampoo) - Ketoconazole, the main ingredient in Nizoral, acts as a relatively mild anti-androgen. (Androgen binds to hair follicles and over time shrinks them down, causing thinner and thinner hair.) Use this shampoo once a week for help with DHT.

This hair regiment is not difficult to maintain, and can provide great results. I went from losing my hair to growing it back! It takes a few months to start working, so for the first 6 months have patience. Passing the 1 to 2 year markers using the "Big 4" regiment should yield significant hair gains, or at the very least put an end to your loss.

This article assumes appropriate nutrition, hydration, and sleep.

Peace,

-bj
Bro your a life saver ngl

Re: The big 4 (now 5) for preventing hair loss.

dont use those pills, shampoo is okay.

fina and the other one, them pills will kill your virility in time.

they are 5ar inhibitors and have been responsible for men losing sexuality, limp dick, no libido etc etc. this is usually permanent and even trt dont bring it back, it may downregulate androgen receptor. i personally believe in time everyone will be affected, some get hit sooner, others later.

its not worth the risk
That is absolutely terrifying... did I read this right? a silly hair pill can PERMANENTLY ruin ability to have sexy time? Even if you stop taking it? Why on earth would ANYONE take this. Who would buy this? Lol
