Tren/Var/Test/Reta/Tirz Stack for Recomp

I dunno guys, I'm looking great muscularly, much better than I'd be looking without the tren and Anavar, and recomp is solidly on track. I suppose I was just wondering specifically if increasing tren & test by 100mg would provide any meaningful results. As for why both reta and tirz, reta doesn't kill the food noise like tirz.
Why ask for cycle advice if you know the answers?
 
I don't know how are your mental sides on Tren but I'd save that for a later time when u have fully recovered and can go hard.
Anavar or any orals can wreck your liver (yes even anavar), the last thing u want is put more stress on your body.
Honestly just do test+AI. If 250 isn't enough go 300, 350... etc. Test is the hormone ur body needs and may even help with recovery through the immune system(increased anti bodies, pulls more calcium to your bones)

Anavar absolutely wrecks my liver compared to anadrol. 6 weeks of var 3-400 ast/alt. But anadrol doesn't touch it liver values of like 60-75 even at 150mg of drol
 
So do you lift legs at all? I didnt see any leg exercises in your list?
Treadmill incline and swimming is getting me the results I want on legs. Going for the Brad Pitt fight club physique vs the super jacked body builder look and so far so good.

The question/answer I was looking for was "would it be worth increasing test/tren 100mg per week or not for accelerated results, or would it be diminishing returns." My takeaway is no, it would not be worth it, so I'm not going to.
I've always heard that the amount of muscle you can add from exogenous test is dose dependent so I would increase the test by a bunch. Not the tren. The moment you start to feel sides I would go down in dosage.

Not trolling. It’s working exactly as intended pal and legs look proportionate. I’m at week 7 and hope to reach 7% bf by week 14. Will post pictures at goal. Watch this space.
 
its not that its not gonna work if you're eating right and training right any anabolics are gonna help you get in shape you just dont need that much gear and all those compounds if you've only just started up its adding to many variables at once
if you're dieting you dont just drop the calories to 1000 straight away, yeah you're gonna see results and drop weight but it doesn't really give you anywhere to go in the future, its the same as starting with to much gear yeah its gonna work but its just overkill you could drop 200 calories a week and still lose fat
same as anabolics a little bit would do something to someone who's untrained off the bat, you gain more myonuclei over time and then need more gear
once your receptors are fully saturated you've just got expensive piss and more side effects
not hating or discouraging you its completely upto you bro thats just my advice you do what you want tho
 
It would have worked with 200mg of Test and Reta. Your plan is completely idiotic.
Hard disagree. I wanted rocket powered clean & lean gains w/ nutrient partitioning on overdrive while in a caloric deficit. I am getting exactly that. 200 test and Reta wouldn’t come close to what I’m getting. I get it though, people here would rather be sanctimonious blowhards than congratulatory. Just is what it is and I’m ok with that.
