A comprenhensive tb500 frag thread

I think it helps but it might just be placebo so far.
i have no idea what reta alloydynia is but i just looked it up and got peptide "cibinetide"

apparently a pain relief + tissue protective but not healing it self.

so the stack looks like to me systemic healing from tb 500 frag +

pain relief and systemic anti inflammatory + tissue protection at injured site for me. although i dont know how effective the tissue protecting mechanism is all the healing should come from tb 500 frag which is honestly what im in interested in.

looks like decent stack for annoying sites that can be hard to inject close to like the wrist so no local bpc treatment.

ARA seems very good for nerve related issues.
They used 4mg/day in studies, which is pretty expensive.

Reta causes increased skin sensitivity, almost akin to a allergy reaction or hives. I'm hoping the ARA helps with it.

My Wife started 4mg today. And she is shipping the other kits to her family members. I’ve heard that ARA can sometimes gel but after mixing 2mL of BAC the ARA looks fine.

Week update on frag, noticeable reduction in inflammation, my index card aka my mesh patch from hernia has gone quiet, reduction in DOMS after intense workouts just started noticing thurs/fri. Will stay on it for another week or so and then see what I want to do going forward. 1mg subq in the morning.

I wonder if it would be beneficial to put together a "vendor list" for TB Frag, as it does not appear to be widely available from peptide purveyors.

i think its redundant.

lucky there isnt many noobs interested in this thread.

people should be able to know where to find it :)

it will probably be appreciated tho if you put a list together of all vendors you can find it at

Would TB frag + bpc combo work for a 50 year old with chronic knee pain who had surgery on it 15+ years ago?

Have a buddy whos dad is trying literally everything for his knee pain but i’ve been avoiding suggesting that to him lol. Would you inject on the problem area?

Haven’t done any research at all on it clearly and I need to.

defiently helps with pain.

maybe you should look into ara as the other guys? i have no idea if it will help maybe they can guide if it will bring pain relief to that kind of problem

ara + tb frag seems like a very smart stack to drop inflammation

interesting, so bpc isn't really something that would tackle that sort of problem then?

i'll have to do a deep dive here soon and look into all of this.

if i can sum it up for you from my perspective:

ara-290: pain relief at a nerve site active level, anti inflammatory usage.

tb500 frag: better recovery, pain modulation, anti inflammatory, a little healing effect although it lags far behind bpc, tissue protective(prevents injury)

bpc-157: healing injuries, king of healing and regeneration, local anti inflammatory effect but not nearly as good as tb-500 frag or ara-290

you could use them all 3 depending on your situation.

if its something that cant be healed and its chronic permanent knee pain, look into getting onto ara-290 and tb500 frag permanently.

it seems like some smart guys realized this and are sharing their experiences in this thread for long term injuries that just sucks like discs stacking tb-500 frag + ara-290.

if your father decides to become jacked he can even get on deca and get joints that are harder than hulks for a quadruple syngerstic effect!

Thank you for the breakdown. I appreciate you.
