Just wanted some input. Increased to 6iu’s gh from 4iu’s about 2 weeks ago. Taken before bed daily. Had bloods lined up for a while now and it aligned shortly after upping to 6iu. Igf 424 ng/ml. Those numbers correspond pretty accurately? UGL gh

Too many variables to say with certainty. Age, E2, calories surplus and protein intake.

But it's within the range some others get on 6iu.

Why do people not get a GH blood test to test... GH?

IGF-1 response is so dependent on:
- Caloric intake
- Leptin levels
- E2 levels
- IGFBP levels
- Metabolic stress/demands
- Genetic variability

Whereas measuring the amount of Growth Hormone in your blood is a pretty damn straightforward test of how potent your GH is, lol.

You’re very right. Literally, all your reasoning for doing a Gh Serum test over an IGF test is why I thought I went with the serum test but lone behold, 2 months ago I guess something convinced me otherwise… I’ll just have to go back and do an individual Serum test.

Cheap test (~$30) if you're in the US, this is the one I use:

I had IGF-1 levels that were slightly lower than natty on GH, then get GH test and it confirmed it was real GH.
