Hi guys, as the title says, I wanted to show you what I noticed in my blood tests. Three weeks ago, I did blood work while using only 205 mg of testosterone cypionate subq, divided into three shots per week, and I wasn’t taking HCG. My total testosterone was 1225, and my estradiol was 41.
Afte e those tests, I lowered my testosterone dose to 172.5 mg, still subq and divided into three shots, and added 250 IU of HCG, also three times a week. I repeated the blood work three weeks later and noticed that my total testosterone rose to 1590 and my E2 to 61. I didn’t expect such a marked increase in total testosterone (I had these total testosterone numbers with 225 mg per week, plus 50 +mg then now, and without HCG).
I don’t have any symptoms of high E2 except for occasional slight mood swings. Do you think I should use an AI?
HCG gives me a sense of libido that testosterone alone doesn’t, and it keeps my testicles normal, so I don’t want to stop it.
I also wanted to share that in just three weeks of ezetimibe at 5 mg per day, I lowered my LDL from 97 to 65 and my HDL increased from 35 to 39 (this could also be partially related to the increase in E2).
Never tested apob before , but now is 0.49
Thanks @Ghoul
