So I'm taking T4, Iron, Magnesium/Multivitamin and Ubiquinol and apparently I have to time them perfectly for optimal absorption.
So first of all, seems like my ninja creami with almond mil/milk, is basically useless for majority of the day.
Let's say I train fasted AM and take my T4, 2 hours later I eat smth, (no more ninja creami pints),
Then I have to wait another 2 hours for iron and also make sure I don't consume any calcium. I usually go out so I should be carrying my iron pills around like a psycho?
Meanwhile my Ubiquinol needs a certain amount of fat to get absorbed.
Seems very hectic, I have an Iron deficiency so I recently added iron and it seems to cause alot of mess.
I know this can be considered over-the-top but research indicated that iron and t4 and calcium are very strong interaction that majorly blunts abortion
- T4 — have to wait two hours to consume any dairy/protein and have to wait four hours to consume any calcium, iron, magnesium/Multivitamin to avoid blunting absorption
- Iron — have to wait like 4 hours after my T4 dose, I can’t take any magnesium/multivitamin, calcium, alongside my iron for another two hours.
- Magnesium / Multivitamin — apparently it blunts everything so I have to dose it separately, preferably pre-bed at night.
- Ubiquinol — least of my concerns, but apparently I need some fats (a good amount) in my diet for it to be fully absorbed, and on a cut I’m mostly low fat to save calories.
