You speak about delivery times and then talk about being a reseller.
So are you drop shipping or re selling?
I have my own wares, like Medi, Global and some other stuff. Everything in Warehouse DE2 is directly stocked by me. Everything else is from cooperations.
But because some customers want to order different brands and that all in one shop, i have some stuff that i sell as Dropshipper aswell, just because its more convenient for some people. Thats for the Brands Hilma, Akra and Utinon.
Since i have special offers, bulk discount and also discount codes, i have their products often a bit cheaper than the producer directly. Also its easier for me to solve problems with producers, than for most people. Just because i have the numbers and producers cannot just ignore me as partner, like they might do with regular customers.

Clears that up for me then. Just for future reference it would be better if you made it precisely Lear what you actually stock and what you actually dropship.
It’s an important distinction. For me as an end user at least.
Your right. I have already an idea how to make it clear with the warehouses. Will integrate that later.
I fixed it, Warehouses that send for me and are not in my own control, are declared with Dropshipping at the end. So its easier to see, what is in my own stock and what is send with Dropshipping.
Hope thats sufficient. But i guess it is. Opinions?

im confused now, that product in warehouses is still owned by you and bought with the same batch as the stuff in your control no?
essentially both from your own stuff you're in control of and warehouses is dropshipping but still from the same batch.
just want a fine line established on if you had quality control on everything. or its different from your own stuff to x warehouse
If your point is about buying together with Stero, than i can tell you that we buy together and than split the wares. We have both own warehouses. Its just about getting things to Germany and buy as one big order. Doesnt effects whats going on afterwards.
And Dropshipping is for different Brands: Akra, Hilma and Utinon. I just dont have the volume on these, that a big order would make much sense - especially since my own brand is around the corner.
Also next Batch of my products, from my warehouse, is on the way to Janoshik and more will come.

im not gonna lie with you, i forgot that stero guy exists.
just asking if different warehouses, still same batches so its not directly from manufacturer > me but from manufacturer > you > quality inspections&testing > me. so its not 100% dropshipping.

You would probably be better off stocking brands like Akra for instance with a better track record.
After my own research I would buy akra or Hilma before I buy Medi. But with them being drop shipped it adds more hesitation for me to buy.
What if there’s quality issues or shipping issues? It just adds extra annoyance and extra steps in getting it resolved.
Definitely better. Imagine if there was an issue with the order only for me to find out afterwards it was drop shipped. It would kinda piss me off to be honest.

Without going to deep in details of Opsec - we buy always directly from the manufacturer. So the batch is always the same, i just distribute it to the different warehouses after buying the product. That said, of course it can be, that i have older batches left and usually selling of the old first, of course.
40€ means that you ordered from 2 different warehouses. Most likely 2 different brands and they will be send to you in 2 packages. Thats why you pay 2 x 20€ delivery costs.
You can go to the main shop, under all categories and filter there with warehouses and just stick with one, if you want to keep the costs minimal. Since i dont have all brands in stock, theres no other solution for this.
When my own brand arrives, i try to offer all substances that may be the reason to order from different brands. Will be nearly impossible to do this with day one without massive delays, but step by step it will be done.
Akra dont want bulk clients. Especially with his delivery time, many of his clients will stop buying from him and buy directly from me in this case. So he offered me a Dropshipping deal. Its a popular brand in Germany and i had to do it. But yes, i would buy in bulk, if possible. Akra is a really good brand, with a good reputation. Surely not for the delivery time tho
That said, your chances that i fix the problem with Dark/Akra are way higher, than for you as regular client. No brand wants to loose big resellers.
