anyone knows?

I have some biceps problems too, it fucking sucks.

I get more pain the more pronated or supinated it is, I'm fine with hammer curls. Had a small partial tear a decade+ ago doing pullups as a fatty, it just keeps coming back whenever I try blasting some arms.
It's something I can easily push through mentally but it's pretty clear shit doesn't want what I want.

Keep us updated how it's going and what the compounds do, I might end up finally pinning some shit in it, getting tired of being scared of a worse tear.

Gotta be a bummer to have bicep pain of all things when building up to a competition man. Best of luck fixing it!

gp says ive managed to sprain my elbow 2 different places and torn my tricep tendon( i didnt even notice until i got to see the xrays )

its like some weird shit, where the bones are broken in many pieces right in the elbow but not sprained idk how to explain it.

its apparently called fragmented bones. you might have the same if you do a xray. it affects nearly all my movements, but mostly tricep/bicep/chest movements.

ive looked into it and tendons/bones in the elbow have very dogshit healing times. and even healing it 100% wont make it feel like your old self.

isometric holds, very slow eccentrics and focus on what you'll normally call "endurance" training really helps strengthen the joints.

ive went from not being able to lift 10kg in tricep pushdowns to be able to do 15kg now with no pain in the last 2 weeks.

last session was 12.5kg 20 reps and 15kg for 3 reps obviously strength didnt lack but it just hurt in the elbow too much.

session this week was 15kg for 13 reps.

so it seems the bone is healing but its gonna take alot of retraining from bottom of the barrel. 2-3 months and maybe ill regain my former strength. but with more training there is the more irritation i get.

atleast im getting great focus on my legs now, ive grown my hamstrings&calves insanely well since my injury!

and i think ill drop out of the competetion. everyday my arms grow smaller from not being able to lift heavy like i used to do. i was using fullstack + 2 plates with good form for 8-12 reps before fully squeezing it on the way down + controlling back up. now i do fucking 15kg xd

Here is my take on elbow problems:

The elbow is simple joint. Up and down, like a hinge. Biceps and triceps and forearm. If you tore something you know. (I’ve done it a couple of times, it’s visible and feels off). Strength goes way down.

95% of times is overuse. And 95% of times it’s overuse, because some part of the arm has “taken over” movement ment to be done elsewhere. Almost all the time it’s weak forearms. Flexors and extenders. Do forearm work. Get very strong.

I’ve also done all the peptides. All the manual work. All the products. When the pain is there, it’s been on its way for some weeks. Give it 10 days rest. Do forearm everyday until very strong, then a little less frequently.

The good news. Elbow problems (if not an acute tear). Usually fixes itself over time.

100% my case, ive done bench presses which caused me irritation in the elbow and way too heavy weight on forearm+tricep+bicep work aswell.

im usually the type of guy who is like "if you haven't lifted it you cant know if you can lift it". defiently not doing prs but even when retraining my injury you see im going heavier to test the waters. this is a training princip of mine. i've should cut it down to once a month instead of every session.

lately ive been also been finding great success doing higher rep stuff and focusing on the getting the weight down but my previous abuse could very well have caught up with me. i've been eating alot of nick walkers content.

the signs were there but what has happened has happened now and i cant go back

injured elbow/tricep at the start of august

tricep pushdown @ 45kg + 40kg so 85kg total @ 9 reps

preacher curl machine @ machine 40kg @ 10 reps

bench press @ 130kg for 12 reps

lat pulldown @ 100kg for 12 reps

2 months later now

tricep pushdown began @ 5kg now @ 17.5kg 10 reps

preacher curl machine began @ 5kg now @ 17.5kg 8 reps

bench press began @ 40kg now @ 70kg 8 reps

lat pulldown began @ 25kg now @ 42.5kg 12 reps

next update at beginning of next month!

gonna swap out bench press for upper chest focus something more incline friendly.

None at all. Recently idk what happened but my joints have been taking a beating. Especially my knee. Idk how the hell i injured my arm but it was while grabbing a small 20kg dumbell up.

Pain just started there and it hurt in my elbow, had to drop it instantly. This is weird to me because i can easily lift the 60kg dumbells with one arm to spot my friends
Oh my joints are also bad especially my shoulders . When I rotate them out warmup they pop and crack. I will say Deca has been a God sendfor me . Aside from the water retention Deca is my favorite compound for me . I respond very well on it . I hear some guys get phycological sides from it and I never experienced that
