Wuhan Wansheng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (USA, International)

Common courtesy is to wait 3-5 business days after order placed before requesting tracking number.

When a vendor confirms they received payment and says they will ship + send you tracking once available, give them some breathing room.

If they haven't contacted you after 3-5 business days, that's when I'd consider it appropriate to send a polite "Hey, just wanted to check in" ping

Payment confirmation isn't usually given, so after paying, you're left waiting with nothing.

That's why people are asking about tracking. It's also confirmation payment was received.

If they respond with: "Payment received, tracking number will be provided within x days", there would be no need to bug them for anything.

Might be different from vendor to vendor, but I've generally had them confirm payment was received for me.

I pre-emptively say "Please let me know if payment was successful" when I pay, though.

WWB confirmed payment for me, then said they'd send tracking after shipment.

I left them alone, knowing they're probably swamped, and a few days later they sent me the tracking.

Yes, GGB provides payment confirmation and tracking typically within a day without asking.

That's what WWB should do.

I don't think its required personally.
BTC is public ledger.
All information is available.

If it's on the block, it is confirmed.
You can't deny it, unless you send to a wrong wallet.

The only issue I have is that I paid and then they turned round to say they don't ship even though I'm EU

For sure, that makes perfect sense:

"What happened to WWB?"

"They decided to shut the business down because too many people asked about their tracking number."
Hey you can make fun of it but I truly think having a vendor that starts hating or being annoyed with their customers is a real liability in many different ways.

That used to happen a lot at KFC (when I was there 10 years ago as a teen)

Right, but I want to hear THEM acknowledge they've received the payment
