underwhelmed with EQ?

I really like EQ personally. It just gets better the longer I run it. Steadily. Just to put things into perspective, I have been cruising, slacking off as hell, missing the gym, got sick this winter, but I've never looked better. Just 400 EQ, on top of my 120mg cruise test dose. E2 at 30.
I'm running that shit year round.

And it's probably the ONLY ped outside of overpriced primo that doesn't give me sides. Yes even test at some point sucks ass for me. DECA/NPP makes me dumb, impossible to sleep on Tren, mast is meh for size...But EQ? No side, no BP or hematocrit issues, bloodwork is fine as hell. Just steady gain that keeps on stacking even if I spend a month slacking off on the couch and dgaf about my diet and proteins. Still look round and veiny.

Sometimes shit happens in life. The retarded thing to do would be to hop off a compound that takes forever to saturate and that actually shines the longer you run it. That's especially true for EQ that messes with e2 levels. You really don't wanna add anything else to worry about on top of the shit how already happening.

tbf if bloods come back good, you can run EQ during your downtime as well. I dont condone this type of slacking off, not training, going off diet etc, but if it works for some no shade to them.
 
Just to update everyone since I pinned 400mg test on Thursday I am already starting to feel better and look fuller, so I was definitely approaching low E2.

Today while hitting chest I had no dry joints and my workout felt euphoric. Also my libido is starting to pick back up, didnt realize how low it was getting cause ive been so busy with work/gym.

I am gonna hold at 440 Test/375 EQ and keep the thread updated, have a very good feeling about the next few weeks.

Hope some guys out there can learn from my experience.
 
Straight up, the first thing I’d look at is your e2. With 250 test and 600 EQ there’s a very high chance it’s crushed. Even at a 1:1 ratio EQ tanks my e2, and your ratio is way more aggressive than that. How do you actually feel day to day? Mood, libido, joints, motivation?

EQ also just isn’t a compound you really “feel” the way you do tren. By week 8, what you usually get is slightly better cardio, more vascularity, and a drier, denser look. No wow effect. If you’re expecting a tren like response, EQ will always feel underwhelming.

Personally, if I were set on running EQ, I’d flip the ratio. Something like 400-500 test with 400-500 EQ makes a lot more sense. Your current setup is basically asking EQ to dominate your hormones.

Also keep an eye on hematocrit. EQ sent mine to 56% at 500 mg and that alone made me drop it. Blood pressure felt weird even when readings were normal.

Long story short: check e2, consider lowering EQ or raising test, and manage expectations. EQ is more of a slow, subtle background compound, not a star of the show.
How much grams of carbs do you eat on EQ?

I am reading you should aim for 3 grams per lb of bodyweight to maximize effects

Right now I am eating only 350-400grams of carbs when I should be eating 600-650 supposedly

I absolutely love EQ because for me it seems to have zero side effects. I have never crushed my e2 but I have also been very careful with doseages from day 1. I have found that when I'm running 300-500 test I feel my best at a 2:1 ratio but if I go above 500 test that sweet spot settles closer to 1:1. I have never felt bad or been unable to make steady, lasting gains with this formula but again this is what works for me and everyone is different. I'm the kind of guy that studies something for months before pulling the trigger and based on my research I've never even considered running it at 1:2 because tanking my estrogen levels sounds like a nightmare. As far as blood work it's never raised my hematocrit above 47 even after 20 weeks at 5-600mg. I don't have my e2 tested regularly that part is strictly based on feels and expectations but the times I did have it tested while on EQ cycle it's never been super low. Again that's just my experience. Good luck hopefully you'll figure out your formula because it really is a great compound.

This pretty much mirrors my experience over the past few weeks. Crashed my E2 with boldenone running 250 Test C/400 Bold C, dry joints (on top of golfer's elbow, I was worried it was getting worse), low libido, my poor wife asked if it was her since I'm usually ready to go 24/7. Started injecting E2 cyp ~2.5 weeks ago and its been getting a little better every day, and for the last week or so my joints have felt pretty good, morning wood is back, libido is back.

How many weeks are you into your EQ cycle? What are your macros, specifically carbs?
 
If youre expeting tren like gains then yeah youll be disapointed. It sloooow but after like 20 weeks youre like damn its awsome. Takes forever the gains are slow but steady and over time you will notice it. Curious why are you running test so low?

It was my first time running EQ and i made the mistake of thinking since I aromatize heavily on 250mg test I would be fine but I wasnt. I also wanted EQ to be the primary compound but since then i have switched gears.

Right now I have adjusted my dosages to 500Test/375EQ and gonna run this for a month and see how it plays out.

What dosages do you usually run and what macro split do you prefer? How much carbs do you eat?
