Drop the Finasteride all together while running Deca. Ru will help slow down the hairloss. I continued shedding hair however it slowed down alot.

Hey all, about to start a test cycle and was hoping to get some more info from this forum as far as sourcing possibly Oral Minox + maybe Dutasteride… seems like that’s the tried and true method to prevent most of the hair loss which I’m finding myself to be scared of the most as far as sides go. My hair is already thinning on my crown and frontal hairline so I’m sure I’ll be prone to lossage. Lmk if there’s any insight to source preferably US Dom
Add in a DHT bloker aswell.

Just started Avodart today, front loaded it little at 1.5mg, then aim to take 0.5mg three times per week, keeping an eye on lowered mood and erectile function.

Ive been on a 5AR inhibitor for about 2 months now. First started with finasteride and then found a source for legit dustasteride and switched.
Man, my skin is so much better now. I wouldnt say I had an acne or spot problem, but I used to get random spots around my temples, forehead and neck every now and then. Wet shaving seemed to really irritate my skin and whenever I would wet shave my neck I would get an outbreak of spots.
Well, ever since running a 5AR, these random spots have just totally disappeared. I can now wet shave freely with absolutely no irritation at all.
From what I understand, DHT can result in excess sebum production which itself can clog hair follicles and lead to spots. Id always get spots where a cut hair was growing out. Makes sense that if you nuke DHT, you get a reduction in sebum and less chance for spot formation.
Just another great benefit of this drug!

Taking oral minox. Hair stopped shedding completely. On 750 test/300 primo /wk
I personally think it's a waste of time. If you keep playing with androgens you'll get bald if you have the genetics. Grow a good beard instead lol

Yes. systemic use may not cause side effects as intense in areas close to the scalp when used topically.
Also, when used systemically, if generalized edema develops, the body often compensates within a few weeks, rebalancing water retention that often alleviates side effects. If those sides are happening close to the scalp, ie, locally, there may not enough systemic "signals" to trigger this sodium/potassium recalibration in the kidneys.
Finally, oral allows for stable dosing. Topical absorption and conversion to the active form varies tremendously among individuals. You may be a hyper absorber, effectively, getting a much larger, side effect inducing dose than an average absorber would. A daily 2.5mg or 5mg tablet will lead to stable blood levels of the med that are the same for almost everyone.

Yeah minox seems to do more for the beard than anywhere else. (still effective for the head, but a significant beard enhancer)

Fair enough lol I only have a small spot on my crown right now that’s thinning. Just wanted to do damage control, but it seems it may be out of my control.
Just so you know that is total bullshit if you take finasteride it will protect you against everything except DHT steroids for those apparently RU58841 works. You can totally do gear and keep your hair
