Loving my first go at tesamorelin

They sell 10mg vials but I would do 509mcg a day if you only had 2mg and that’s still 4 days. How many vials do you have?

So I’ve been researching Tesa for my wife and we are both very new I am confused about dosing reconstituting etc. some info I read says 2 mg daily , something else I read said 300 mcg for 6 days a week. If I mix 2 ml of bac water for a 2 mg vial of Tesa that only gives me 1 dose of 2 mg correct? How do I figure mcg to ml doses or am I totally wrong with my thoughts ?

2mg is the daily dose.

If your vial is 2mg (that's a single dose vial, they're uncommon so make
sure that's the case), you want anywhere from .6ml to .8ml BAC water and inject the entire thing into subcutaneous fat.

This is something you need to commit to for months for the intended benefits. . 6 months to reach a really noticeable outcome. You'll notice initial changes after a month or so. Improved nails, hair, skin, sleep,.... improved lipids, beginning of visceral fat softening and reduction.

The clinical trials using tesamorelin to fight visceral adipose tissue (lipodystrophy) called for 2mg tesamorelin every day for 6 months without any kind of 5 on, 2 off cycling.

If you have 2 mg vials of tesamorelin then reconstitute with 0.5-1.0 ml BAC and use the entire vial for the daily dose. 2 mg per day is 2 mg per day.

If you are wanting to stretch your money, try 1 mg tesamorelin per day combined with between 0.1-0.5 mg of ipamorelin. Combining GHRH and GHRP helps maximize our endogenous GH production and release comparable to a larger dose of GHRH alone.

Good rule of thumb is to follow the clinical trial protocols if you want to achieve similar results. The clinical trials for tesamorelin are for just tesamorelin (GHRH) and not for the paired GHRH+GHRP. Another good rule of thumb is to not try to get clever and out-think the people who conducted the clinical trials.

No need to follow the clinical trial. It's been in use as a treatment for 15 years. 2mg is the only dose. (newer versions use a more concentrated formulation but that doesn't apply to UGL.)

You can use these directions as a guideline if you're using 2mg vials.

The only caveat is you want to reconstitute with .6ml and inject the entire vial. (pharma is using a slightly newer, more concentrated version).

True, I just figured that anyone new enough to be asking questions as this person asked might find that documentation reassuring as a method of dipping their proverbial toes into the tesamorelin pool. Plus, I figured the higher reconstitution volume might help with any aggregation in UGL tesamorelin which I am fairly confident doesn't use the same excipients or formula that pharma uses.

As always, I appreciate your insights.

Referring to clinical trials as a guide for reconstitution, dosing, and protocol is really sensible advice. 2mg appears to be the optimal dose for everyone based on the initial trials and follow up studies. Not much to gain going above, and going below 2mg to "stretch" it isn't likely to yield the results one hopes for. It's much cheaper now, especially after some recent price drops. $100 for a 10mg kit, 50 doses, is very affordable compared to the prices a couple of years ago. I'd go multi dose since the 2mg vials still command a premium.

The only thing that helped with the injection site reaction for me was filtering.

is one of the few peptides that comes from pharma requiring reconstitution

Yeah I guess I’m just confused on how much bac water to add and how to do the math especially when measurements are swapping from weight to volume to international units etc . If I added 2 ml of water than 300 mcg would be equal to .3 ml right ? Or am i still way off ?

Yes but that's an absurdly low dose

It says 2mg in a 2 ml vial I haven’t ordered it yet I was trying to figure out how many I’ll need to order . Am i misunderstanding what I want to order ?

You need to plan for 6 months of use if it's going to be worthwhile.

That's 180 2mg doses.

The 20mg kits contain 10 x 20mg vials. Each 20mg vial is 10x2mg doses, so 100 doses total.

You need 2 of those 20mg kits to provide 6 months of 2mg doses. Or 4 of the 10mg kits.

The drug is measured in mg. The liquid volume you dissolve the drug into is in ml.

20mg vial, reconstituted with 3ml. You need 2mg for a dose, or 1/10th of that 20mg vial. So one tenth of 3ml is .3ml.

Got that?

Yeah I understand all that. I just think i need to get it from somewhere else other than where I’m looking because I’m only seeing the 2mg vial . Not any of these 20 mg kits . And a 2 mg vial doesn’t seem very cost effective. According to the duration your saying to be effective . It would be cheaper to go through a clinic.

Go to the underground forum. Most of the "3 letter" Chinese vendors offer 10 and 20mg kits. The most active ones will be on the first page, below the sponsored list at the top. Compare prices.

You shouldn't need to spend more than $2-3 per dose in 10mg-20mg kits.

(for comparison, pharma ( Egrifta ) costs $175/day.)

This is very helpful because the route i was going to go from the underground was $30 a day

The key is persistence. It works, just not instantly. In exchange for taking longer to see results (GH isn't overnight either, but faster acting), you avoid the potential risks of GH, and most of the side effects because you leave the natural regulatory system intact. Essentially it mimics the conditions that would normally trigger your pituitary to maximize growth hormone levels.

That is, ideal nutrition, sleep, and low stress. Under these conditions (food is plentiful, not being threatened, able to rest) the body shifts from prioritizing storage of calories as fat to reducing fat stores, tissue repair and building. You'll notice it in your fingernails "de-aging" first.

At 6 months you'll see about 80% of the total effects, and they'll max out by 1 year.

At that point you can decide to just continue with Tesa to maintain those benefits long term, or you'll be well positioned to "graduate" to growth hormone to push the effects further, but it's more complex to manage and the risks rise somewhat.

The injections can have a very slight sting, but it's no big deal and you'll get accustomed to it quickly like the tens of thousands who've used it for years.

You are very knowledgable the 2mg dose is recommended for both male and female im mostly learning about this for my wife.

She'll love the results, especially for skin. Encourage her to stick with it long enough to see the results. No one likes injecting, but after a month or two it's nothing. Little kids pin themselves with insulin on a daily basis.

Make sure to use high quality insulin syringes to make the injections painless. 31g 6mm Embecta syringes are ideal (8mm for males, thicker skin).

Thank you very much she has been pinning other peptides but she has mostly only been doing the weight loss stuff everyone is doing now days

2mg before bed is the most effective clinical dosage
