Good info, thank you. The house stays at 61° Fahrenheit max, colder in the winter, so I plan to leave a few years worth out of refrigeration, and the rest will go in the fridge.FYI, based on accelerated degradation stability studies, assuming alu/alu packaging, refrigeration extends Cilnidipine tablet shelf life significantly.
It's already a very robust compound, mostly susceptible to high UV exposure and alkaline (liquid) conditions.
TLDR: At 30c (86f) storage, no degradation is expected, conservatively, for at least 3 years. At refridgeration temps of 2c (35f) time to 10% loss of potency is estimated to take approx 15-40 years, depending on the specific tablet formulation.

I wish our government would get their heads out of their ass and get this moving . Would think they knew for how long this was gonna happen and weren’t prepared the day of ?? Come on
I believe it was your post somewhere that informed me that telmisartan is especially sensitive to air/oxygen exposure, and that if you get a 3 month supply in a regular prescription bottle, it's enough time that you'll see noteworthy degradation of the potency in that time. My insurance will only give me a month at a time, but if they upped to 3 months, my plan was to take a portion of it and throw it in a airtight bottle with an appropriately sized oxygen absorber until needed. Info like this is very important for those trying to keep medicines on hand, just in caseFYI, based on accelerated degradation stability studies, assuming alu/alu packaging, refrigeration extends Cilnidipine tablet shelf life significantly.

Good to know. Walmart doing it right, maybe by accident, while local pharmacies are doing it wrong, is kind of oddIf you get it filled at Walmart, they'll supply each 30 day quantity in factory sealed bottles with o2 absorbers. fyi. So a 90 day supply is supplied in 3x sealed bottles.
