Good info, thank you. The house stays at 61° Fahrenheit max, colder in the winter, so I plan to leave a few years worth out of refrigeration, and the rest will go in the fridge.

Well, I don't mind a 10% degradation in <=10 years if left at room temp lol.

It's not our government. Some foreign post offices were unprepared to handle the volume of processing all packages using the same customs requirements that applied to $800+ packages for years, instead of the simplified duty free "de minimus" exemption method.

Try sending a package to India. They've never had a De Minimus exemption.

You have to fill out full customs paperwork, including a "Commercial Invoice" in triplicate, a copy of your ID, and pay a tarrif of 30% or more. No exception even if it's a gift or something only worth $2.

I believe it was your post somewhere that informed me that telmisartan is especially sensitive to air/oxygen exposure, and that if you get a 3 month supply in a regular prescription bottle, it's enough time that you'll see noteworthy degradation of the potency in that time. My insurance will only give me a month at a time, but if they upped to 3 months, my plan was to take a portion of it and throw it in a airtight bottle with an appropriately sized oxygen absorber until needed. Info like this is very important for those trying to keep medicines on hand, just in case

What does PCT 24 X 7 charge for shipping stuff to the US? I saw on the first page that when PCT 24x7 first joined, shipping to the US was a $30 flat fee. Is that still the case? If so, I'd be inclined to increase the quantity of what will be my first order.

PCT 24 X 7 did tell me by email today that I'll have to pay a 20% tariff on my purchase to the US.

Is this tariif only for UAE?
I believe the tariff is based off the declared amount. What will be the declared amount for each package? The actual wholesale price or the price we are being charged? From past packages received, the declared amount has always been..off.

thanks for this 25x7. the tariffs suck, but not much we can do about it.

Curious if the tariffs apply only to packs sent via UAE, as I seem to remember reading that Indian pharma was currently exempt from USA tariffs… will packs sent via India post be subject to the tariffs too, once they resume? Perhaps I misunderstood what I read though.
