SubQ was helping my estrogen issues but now that I’m pinning more oil it’s definitely not a fun option

I had issues with 1/4 and 1/3 ml so I tried the Im route. No soreness or knots, smooth as butter. I can’t speak to the bloodwork variance though.

Yeah I’ve never done oil in my pecs just peptides

I pin L car into pecs daily. Easiest spot I’ve ever done!

Flex the front delt and find the most dense part and pin should be in middle
